I love this service. It’s quick and easy, if you need help it’s there!
All steps and processes are self explanatory and it’s so easy to navigate the app.
You can pick up where you left off, you don’t have to finish it all in one, everything is saved for you and you have an accounted assigned to you. This is the best value I’ve found for money, I run a small business from home but also work temp/agency so it can be tricky to track sometimes. This app has been the best thing for my accounting, I feel at ease about tax returns now and do not worry like I did before. Great app, already recommended to other small business. Honestly such good value for money I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else and will continue to rave about it!!

My first experience of self assessment - very clear and easy to navigate process. Alongside a general support team, having a dedicated and named accountant that you can message with individual queries is invaluable.

The service seems to be getting worse...and the cost seems to keep going up! I am finding each year I'm doing more and more of the leg work to file the return, checking for obvious errors etc. Will likely look elsewhere next year

Quick, easy and efficient service. I was already well prepared with what I needed and my tax situation is simple. I got the impression that there would have been support if I'd needed it, but I have no actual experience of this.

I decided to use Taxfix for my tax return based on their great TrustPilot reviews, notably for their efficiency and quick turnaround. I submitted all the documents needed on 17/05 and received a notification that the tax return was started on 18/05. Having no news, I chased the accountant assigned to my case on 09/06 and received the response that the tax return would be ready "soon". I chased again on 02/07, and this time, no reply, but my tax return was made available on 03/07. I went back the same day and asked questions to the accountant and have not received an answer to this day, 18/07. Instead, I have received 3 automated reminders that my tax return is ready to approve. Based on the reviews, I never expected to have such a poor experience in terms of communication especially with a subject as sensitive as taxes. Very disappointing.

The accountant completed my tax return very quickly with a minimum of queries.

Also, the price was very reasonable.
