Taxback Arvostelua

I was in the process of applying for my Australien super, until they suddenly cancelled my application, without a warning or anything. I asked multiple times, if I was able to get information on an Australien Bank, instead of an Irish one, so I didn’t have to pay the 30$ overseas transaction fee. I knew they were able to do it, because my friend did it with the proper bank info. They didn’t wanna answer my question, and end up just closing my application/ticket without any warning…

I then asked them what was going on, and they just applied with
“You didn’t provide us with the correct information in time. Now to advice you how to claim your supper – find another service provider.“ so rude and unprofessional

Very helpful they help me out with my refund tax.always email me keeping me updated on my tax

Receive email that i will get refund € 720 . I paid 10% . Receive statment from revenue that my tax back is €420. Someone add PAYE/USC €300 to the total tax refund .I will give them -10

Lisa has helped my husband and I with our tax returns over the years. We recently put a friend in touch with her and he experienced the same excellent service. We find Taxback.com super efficient in all their dealings. They help with all of the documents needed and finalize your return.

A fantastic service, very professional and prompt,

still waiting to hear back nearly 4 weeks later

this was a great services got a great connection with e mails .

I have been informed I got a refund to an account I have never had

Terribly dissapointing experience with taxback. They reached out to me to complete my 2024 tax return and noted that myself and my wife were now due a very sizeable refund due to being married. They did all the processing on their side and said it would take a few weeks. Eventually the revenue contacted me to say that my tax return was complete and I was entitled to no refund. I contacted taxback who informed me that their accountant had "double counted" part of my wifes taxes and I was indeed owed no refund. Such an glaring and obvious mistake. Zero confidence in using the service again.

Very reliable service always fast and efficient to get my tax back thanks for everything easy to work with great service highly recommend to everyone 👍

It's a great service....I don't need to do anything just leave it in Tax Back's hands

I have dealt with Lisa a few times in Taxback.com & she is always extremely helpful & quick to follow-up. I would definitely recommend!

Professionally, quickly, and efficiently. I am very satisfied.

Used it in my 2nd year very easy to use and staff supporting when necessary

Always a nice and a smooth experience with Alexandra Laza! She is always very prompt with any queries, and makes the process quick and simple. It's been 8 years since we are working with her, and we will always go back to her.

We have been working with Taxback for more then 5 years. Every time we dealt with the same extraordinary person, Alexandra Laza. She has been fully dedicated, experienced, professional and very helpful every time. The process was smooth and clear regarding the paperwork, possible return and about the fees applied.
I will be happy to recommend Taxback to anyone, and definitely recommending Alexandra Laza as your consultant. She is the best.

Taxback helped me with my taxes from Canada. Even though it took longer than expected I got my tax return fully. If I had any problems or questions they helped right away. I would like to say thank you especially to Agrita, she guided and helped me through the whole process. I also had some problems with redeeming bank cheque as my country didn't do that anymore, so they simple suggested to send it over for a quick cash out. It took just one week to get the rest of my money. I highly recommend to anyone who has problems with taxes and can't do it on their own. Thank you taxback team. 😊

takes time but acceptable service
