Ammo Day 2 was dissappointing at best. I buy all my ammo here and am usually a satisfied customer. Im ready to purchase thousands of rounds of different ammo and split the purchase among fellow shooters No 9mm 124 grain fmj or .45acp fmj. 223 .22 lr. The typical rounds for range shooting, unless you wanted some hollow points or defensive rounds. Should have been called primer day.....it looks like they wanted to clean out the warehouse of excess stock that wasn't moving...One brand of 9mm 115 gr. on sale for .6 cents / rd.less than normal. So the big sale saved you 6 bucks on a 1000 rounds..

I was a member for a few years. I decided not to renew my membership and made one last order before my membership expired. The order was delivered to an unknown address to me and I was told that I would have to find the address to pick up my order. The reps were very rude and nobody would take responsibility for anything. I will never use them again.

I have been using Target Sports for over 10 years. I work at a Public Rifle/Pistol Range an I have recommended them many patrons who use them as well. I have never once had an issue with the company or heard of any other issues. The only issue I ever had was a box that was delivered with water damage in shipping and missing a couple boxes of ammo. I called Target Sports, sent photos of the box and they express shipped me the missing items immediately. I always get the package insurance and the shipping is always fast. I trust them 100%.

I have no idea if these negative reviews are from competitors or if there were prior issues with this company that I just haven't experienced, but I started ordering from Targetsportsusa a few months ago and have ordered multiple case lots of different 9mm ammo and everything arrived as ordered, either on time or a day or two early. I've been very impressed with their customer service, their pricing (no shipping fees) and their quality selection. I have already more than made up for the $99 Ammo+ fee in discounted ammo and free shipping.

Avoid them if you can. Very shady business and just takes your money without delivering the goods you order. Customer service is horrible and never responds to you. I had ordered some large ammo package from them, and they never delivered anything through the FFL of their selection, and on top of that took my money as well.

Horrible customer service misrepresentation of product their answer to me is to contact a Swedish company. It’s not even the money what am I to do with a case of ammo I can’t use, return or sell?

**I tried to write a review on their website to highlight the problem and warn other potential Buyers, and when I clicked on the 'Write A Review' link in my Order details, I was told, 'You have already added reviews for all products that you have bought.' and I have not written any reviews on this website. So, it looks like all the 5 Star reviews on their site are BS**

Ordered a box of Federal HST 165 40 S&W
On their site they show the new box/stock
They sent me some ancient/old stock with a red 'Sealed Box' sticker on each end. When I cut open one end and checked, there is no visible primer sealer (the new stock has a blue primer sealer visible). What they sent me is either 'Law Enforcement Trade In' or something they got from the back of some dusty warehouse somewhere.
I sent them a contact (it's Saturday) I will update this review based on their response.

I bought a surprise boxes. I got surprised. Alright, it was nothing in that worthless box that I could use one pair of gloves Were 3 × 2 big. The gloves that I would use were for a little kid. I called them and they wouldn't exchange the gloves and a pair of Walmart $10 ear muffs and a backpack waste of a $139. It's a rip-off.

Placed order for primers. Check link they sent me via e-mail...package "delayed" 2nd day after it left them. Checked my account and no tracking number in my account. It said delivered 2001. What the #@$@. Went to my local UPS for more info ...delay not weather related..could be improper hazmat paper work on package was my local UPS guess ..if so shipper would need to go pick it up and resend.Called customer Target Sports service asked "whats the status of my order"..they asked for customer number..gave it...we have not shipped yet was there reply. WHAT? Called her BS..I have tracking number... it shipped 2 days ago...then changed her story and said it was shipped. I asked wy it was delayed..answer they don't move hazmat on Friday or Monday... what???? Mind you it was Monday that i called.I don't believe her... asked for prof ...cant provide...ask for supervisor..not it.From the info from UPS, poor reviews and the customer service replays I belied I was being scammed.Called my CC card company got refund. Sender requested return and they got there package and I got my refund. Would not buy from they again.Terrible experience very very poor costumer service.

Buyer beware! Have been using Target Sports for many years. Lately, their customer service has been very disappointing. I had a problem and gave them feedback. All I got back was a form letter. When I responded to their email, I received a very snippy return email.
No Thanks! I will look elsewhere for my ammo. A company that respects its returning customers is for me.

I have been a ammo plus member for several years and have had nothing but great service, It seems most of the negative reviews are just sour grapes from people that have one little problem and gripe about it forever, who complains about free stuff or a gift?

This is the kind of service I have received from Target Sports.

During the height of the ammo shortage, my son in law needed shells for a booked pheasant hunt In South Dakota, he tried to purchase shells at a several shops in Nashville with no luck, enter Target Sports.

I checked stock on-line and located what we wanted then I called and talked to a very nice young lady, I wish I remembered her name, but I explained we were in a tight window close to our departure date and she personally walked the order to shipping to make sure it got out that day.

Not only did they have the ammo in stock, they went to the next level to get it to me, that's the kind of service that makes a customer and keeps a customer.

Hard to believe anyone could be unhappy.

The vendor charged me some sort of automatic renewal without my authorization. I had placed an order in a prior year, but did not authorize any sort of renewal or recurring charge. To my surprise they did in fact charge my card without notice or authorization for a yearly renewal.

Called a few days later and they said my order was on the way, 3 days later they said it was on the way. I started to think they could be lien to me so I called back to check and asked for a tracking number, they provided me with one and said your shipment was damaged by a UPS driver, but will resend you the order next week.
Coming up on the 20th day and no order shipped, why? Now I have to call back and ask for a refund, god only knows what they will say very incompetent site.
I could've ordered from anywhere but I chose this place, now with the law changed they took away the ordering window from me, very unprofessional.
I would never order from them and please if you read this, stay away.

Signed up for the Ammo + membership. My free box of ammo was 380 ACP, the cleaning kit was 12 ga, and the ammo can was 30 cal rehab metal -- can't use any of it. When I contacted customer service I was informed all of the freebies are, "subject to availability," which means they are only trying to get rid of unwanted inventory.

I had been buying ammo from Target USA for years. Recently they shipped a package to me and half of my order is missing. They are of no help and and don't seem to care. I will never order from this company again.

Fantastic company. Have had only one issue in the years that I have worked with them. After contacting customer service. The issue was resolved within a week. Good people.

Target Sports has low-to-fair prices on ammo and the fastest, best shipping of any company I've dealt with over the years. Their packaging is as good as it gets and the boxes mostly come through intact in spite of how FedEx and UPS sometimes mash everything that is "mashable."

You get free shipping on full cases, or on any order no matter how small if you are an AMMO+ member. Plus members receive around an 8% discount on every ammo order and that almost pays for my state sales tax! If you order on any kind of regular basis, the $95 per year membership pays for itself and more! They also send the members occasional surprise thank you gifts which can be very nice.

I've never had a claim so no experience with that part of their customer service, but I figure it must be tops, on par with the normal shipping service.
