I just made an order of towel rail and you guys said it is too long and required me to pay more delivery fee after I did the research for many hours and send me the mail to inform me after 2 days. Unexpected shopping experience and the staff just did the untrusted courier research to me to let me pay extra 80pounds ??? Going to administration, your store.

Tarpon shows a 5-star trustpilot badge on its website while in reality their trustpilot rating is below 4. That's misleading and needs to be reported to trustpilot.

You did not have the showerhead in stock. I paid you for the item with paypal and then I had to chase you to find out where the item was. I then had the money returned to paypal with no explanation. What a pity you did not contact me or recommend a substittue.

Beautiful tap. I search for so long for a copper tap with spray. Excellent fast delivery and very well packaged all at a fantastic price.

Ordered a set of taps and had to wait in all day to take delivery, as the courier does not provide a time slot.

Wrong taps were delivered.

Complained - was sent correct taps with a courier that does provide a time slot (I asked for this).

Was also sent a label for the return of the wrong taps and told they would be collected the next day. Waited in all day and they were not collected. I am still waiting to hear what is going on.

Although 1 item was missing from the original delivery the response was
immediate and I received the item the following day. Very pleased with the quality of the items and service received

Customer service fantastic. Radiator wasn’t in stock so Elena promptly refunded. When it came in stock she kindly notified me straight away so I placed the order again and received within a couple of days. Admittedly Item not checked or installed yet but initial cs was really impressive so I’m confident after care would be too.

Tap now installed and looks perfect. No negatives whatsoever. Good height, looks very stylish.
