My interactions with Filip were outstanding. He took the time to listen to my needs and walk me through the product. He has even followed up to start the onboarding process with the dashboard.

Very good product ! People have to get used to it. Especially recipients who don't have NFC turned on at all or always. If you use NFC you need to be connected to internet in order to see the profile / contact which is limiting the use.

I ordered a card and did not design any QR code to make it more minimalist. However, when receiving the card I couldn't activate it as the process requires to scan a QR code. I filed a support ticket and directly received an answer from the customer support after a few minutes only and we managed to solve the issue during the same day. In a time where AI customer support drives you crazy with its incompetence, having such great service is delightful.

Disclaimer: I ordered a bamboo card, which came from Austria, apparently.

Very poor initial experience, with a considerable delay, and poor status updates on the order link.

The remedies by Tapni were acceptable, and generous. They owned up and took accountability. Everything arrive eventually, and work perfectly.
