Yeah I purchased a tap business card the other morning realize I had made an error on it. Sent them an email they replied allowed me to edit it before it went to print. Amazing customer service and customer support I would recommend spending your money with this company.

Deux ans de frustration

Après deux ans de collaboration avec TAPNI, je suis extrêmement déçu. À ce jour, l’application ne fonctionne toujours pas correctement. Les échanges avec le service client sont quasiment inutiles : ils affirment régulièrement que les problèmes sont résolus alors que rien n’a changé. C’est tout simplement insupportable et une immense perte de temps.

Les multiples mises à jour n’ont fait qu’aggraver les choses. J’ai dû re-télécharger l’application des dizaines, voire une centaine de fois à cause des bugs. Certaines fonctionnalités, comme le transfert de liens, marchaient très bien au début, puis se sont mises à ne plus fonctionner du tout. À cela s’ajoute une publicité permanente pour leur propre entreprise, ce qui est particulièrement gênant lorsque l’on exerce en profession libérale.

J’ai investi beaucoup d’argent et énormément de temps, pour finalement être déçu par une société visiblement dépassée sur le plan technique. Le vrai problème, c’est la programmation de leur application. Ils doivent clairement changer de développeurs… et de service client.

En revanche, je reconnais que la qualité d’impression de leurs produits est haut de gamme. Les supports physiques sont très beaux et très bien réalisés. Malheureusement, toute la valeur est plombée par une application défaillante.

False ads - the page says one thing, and when you talk to the service rep tell you something else.
I ordered a metal custom card - it took 7 business days for someone to tell me it can't be done with my design (Because I contacted them).
The service rep was very kind, though.
In addition, they asked me for a bank certificate to process my refund - sux :(

UPDATE: After the review, I was contacted by someone from the global team of Tapni promising they were on top of my case and that the CEO would reach out personally, which I did not believe, and guess what - the CEO never reached out.

As I was in a hurry because I needed to travel to an event that's why I couldn't wait for the card and ask for the refund. Turned out I was not travelling anymore, so I took my chances and decided to continue with the card.

The person I spoke over WhatsApp couldnt use the design I uploaded to the design maker of Tapni and keep talking to me in desperation - asking for a vectorized file (which I had no way to turn my design into a vector file) I had to pay 5 bucks to someone of Fivver to vectorize that for me because they were charging me 12 bucks to do it. Then the shipping took a decent amount of time. Now, 2 months later, the same person from the Global team reached out to "check" on my case, and the lady from the local team reached out as well, telling me that now that I have received my card, I should change or update my review. The problem was never the card (which works as expected), it was the awful service and poor alignment between teams - here's my updated review. Stay out of Tapni - not worth the hassle.

Si bien es cierto que ya hay varias opciones parecidas a Tapni, no creo que haya alguna que tenga el servicio tan excepcional que ofrecen por medio de gente como Srna Sukur. Amable, atenta, paciente y servicial, me ayudó mucho con un tema que tuve con mi tarjeta.
