I really wish we hadn't switched to Tap &Go. We purposefully didn't switch for years after having numerous issues with various card machine providers in the past and finally one gave us zero problems. However, after 5 or so years with our provider, we felt it was time to better our rates and swapped to Tap&Go. Regretfully, it's been anything but smooth sailing. We had limits set for transactions which we weren't aware of, and when calling to query why cards kept being declined we were assured it was our customers card issuers fault. It wasn't. I was told our PCI compliance was taken care of. It isn't. When I call regarding our various issues I'm passed back and forth between the the bank (Cashflows) and Tap& Go, each advising it's the other that can help. Neither do. We now have multiple regular customers cards being declined every single week, an issue they have never had with us, and the only thing changed is our card machines, yet we're assured it's the customers cards at fault. We've been in business over 30 years and I personally have dealt with the card terminals for over 10 years, it's very obvious to me that the problem is the new provider. Swapping to these guys is becoming seriously bad for our business.

Having changed to tap and go the process was smooth with a couple of hic ups on the way not tap and go fault but kylie has been outstanding throughout the hole thing nothing has been a bother to her thank you and thank you for your help Kylie

Tap and Go helped my transition from a well known competitor, there were some teething problems but T&G held my hand through the more challenging parts of it saving me around 30% on my monthly transactional charges. Vary happy, would recommend.

Fraudsters. Have not processed my refund from last year despite me claiming in the 10 minute window they give. No way to contact them.

I have to say that my communication with customer service at tap and go has gone without a hitch. Kylie in particular has been very helpful and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

Luke Thompson called me and explained that he would like to see if he could save us money on our card transaction charges, after analizing our current invoice he identified several areas where we could save money. The whole process of changing to the cheaper company was so easy and Luke was on-hand at every step of the way to help, he was so patient and helpful. Great customer service so far. I am a new customer and I've been really happy with the service I've received in regards to the set up of the terminal via WhatsApp, which made things easy. Ellie was great and really prompt at replying to my queries and it was good to converse with a person rather that a bot.
