I enjoyed going through this program, it helped me understand the importance of Gratitude and how I can imbibe it in a simple and effective way in my daily life. The meditation exercises were very calming and relaxing

She has blended her knowledge of various modalities .I was able to attend 2 days of the 5 days Personal Manifestation through Gratitude . She dealt each day on a specific topic ,made us to exercise and meditation.The exercise made us reflect ,go deep and feel . Her instructions were simple and clear . Being grateful leads to abundance . She is selfless in sharing her knowledge . Being grateful would help us to transform our lives . It was amazing experience

The seminar was good.

Enlightning sessions. Had many take aways. We tend to ignore smaller things but they make bigger impact in our mindset and life. Tanushree was able to help suggest smaller changes but had good impact in me..

I had a registered for this PEM summit, just to attend your session since i was irregular in the 7am morning sessions conducted till date. I learnt about a lot of facts and theories involved wrt mindfulness and meditation which i had no idea of before. Also your way of teaching theory with practice session( Guided Meditation) during the summit helped a lot.

It was a right Mentor session after long break in life and it resonated for me as, she being engineer goes in deep levels and explains correlation to unexpected criteria, we would have ignored otherwise. She has amazing logics to explain. Kudos for excellent session to you and JJ to have this session for us.

We walked the journey at PES as Tanushree lead us to understand the importance of being mindful.
How bring mindful is a state and not a moment to be captured and done with. Holistic living and meditation come under the umbrella of being mindful.
Tanushree was very patient with each of us and answered the multitude of questions that we had on the various steps and moments of doubt and urged us to continue as we will reap in the benefits in the long run

Those 2 days were awesome with a lot of realisations and learnings. The relaxation meditation was great and refreshing. I also had a lot of takeaways. One of them was decluttering. Thank you for spending your time to engage with us.

I have never ever attended such a wonderful session and step by step guidance on how to lead a holistic life and the complete clarity of the word holistic. All these years I was chasing a different life and in return experiencing so much pain. New doors have opened for me to pursue and diligently practice the right process of living a fulfilled life. I cannot thank you more for giving so much to us in just no cost at all. It has helped me to grow internally and understand the wrongs and the rights.
