Tanushree Nair Arvostelua 

I've been practicing Ratricharya consistently, and it's made a difference to my sleep. I fall asleep more easily, and even if I wake up in the middle of the night, the practices help me calm my mind and drift back to sleep without much difficulty. It's become a simple yet effective part of my nighttime routine, and I'm truly grateful for the positive impact it has had on my overall well-being.

I was a part of Tanushree's 6-month The Conscious Energy Leadership Program - Cohort 2. After solo navigating a personal healing & self development journey for some years, I felt this program has been a turning point in my life. Fresh out of a burnout after founding my first venture with an already long-persistent personal crisis, I realized I needed a truly guided support, that caters to my individual needs and journey to recalibrate and get back on track. I'm grateful to have found that support, guide and coach in Tanushree. After a few interactions with her, I realized very quickly that she was one of those rare people in this domain who could empathise with what I was saying, going through & the solutions I was striving for.
In every phase of the program, Tanushree gave simple yet effective tools, activities and practices that allowed to channelize my inner awareness, set a path to become the highest version of myself, build good habits, let go of patterns that don’t serve me, and truly prioritize myself. The 1-1 individual support from Tanushree was extremely valuable; and I was delighted to see how invested she is in an individual's journey, genuinely and lovingly pushing them to overcome their challenges, set goals and providing personalized strategies to achieve them. The Enneagram assessment at the beginning of the program truly unravelled my true self and what more could I do to meet my potential.
Energy management is a very important part of this program. Being a part of it, made me feel that I was handed and getting groomed on the use of a tool or a weapon that everybody has but no one seems to know that it exists! I have begun to look at life, its challenges, ways of tackling them – from a new perspective of energy management. This was one of the most exciting, empowering parts of the program.
The journey doesn't end with the program, but rather begins. I look forward to more breakthroughs using this knowledge & tools as I plan to found my second venture and achieve more fulfilling personal goals.

I have attended vision board sessions before, but vision crafting for a first. No spoiler alerts, so you must attend it to find out how it's different. The most and absolutely fab thing about this session by Tanu was the gentle hand-holding and the structured way in which she took us through. She has created a unique, step-by-step methodology to not only think in an organised manner but also action all the points to create a vision board. Such a nicely guided, intimate and personal session. I recommend it strongly to anyone planning to grow in any sphere. Take the sesh to organise your thoughts and then go for it. I have never ever attended such a wonderful session and step by step guidance on how to lead a holistic life and the complete clarity of the word holistic. All these years I was chasing a different life and in return experiencing so much pain

Concept is new to me. Becoming aware of energy drainers is a first step. How to part is not done in the intro session. So would be good to know that.

Sometimes we know the right things to do to unlock our best versions but we don't necessarily do those things. I am so happy to realise this and work forwards through the amazing creative journalling session I undertook. The unique perspective Tanushree brings with well researched theory and her experience to build trust in this life skill (journalling) that we must learn to probe, reflect and understand ourselves better. She provided a lot of tools to help get started post the session.

All I can say was I was praying and hoping I would meet a coach who talks tangible solution and has a plan that actually works, I had been to so many counselors before and I had almost figured out all the patterns of what they have to say.

The mind, is deep, at times, we can't find our way out. Tanushree's methods are one just metaphorically like a lifeguards. She is one for me,. She actually deep dived and helped me come out and not just that, helped me figure out tools that I know I will use and come back up if I get into the depths and lose my way.

The energy coaching principal is real, there's serious dedication behind this science and Tanu you are one of them who did justice to this knowledge and help so many people who want to master their mind by healing subconscious blocks.
I'm grateful I met you, you are an answered prayer and more power to you as you touch other people's lives and heal them.

I have been wanting to do this from the first time you announced the 3day personal Manifestation through Gratitude pgm.
Due to time zone difference, I was unable to do it and I thank the universe for providing me this opportunity when I was in the same time zone.

Tanu has a very good way of explaining the things. The analogy she uses make the complicated things less complex. The activities and the visualisations were very well compiled and executed. These were the practical things that got me thinking and I have so much to ponder now.

The portals of gratitude, Blessings, Learnings, Mercies and Protection were explained with very good examples that we see in everyday life.

I can’t wait to put the takeaways from this into practice.

I attended Tanushree's 3-Day Gratitude program. Her visualisation exercises and Meditations for different areas of life are amazing. She has structured the course beautifully and her set of questions really make you look inside of you and dig for the answers and get clarity.
