Vi är mycket nöjda med samarbetet med Talenom i Järfälla och Nacka, som hanterar redovisningen för vår hyresfastighet. Servicen är genomgående hög och vi uppskattar den proaktiva återkopplingen – vi känner oss alltid uppdaterade och trygga.
Vi får mycket värde för pengarna, arbetet i Easor är både snabbt och effektivt, vilket sparar oss mycket tid i vardagen. Kvalitetsgranskningen håller en hög nivå och ger en extra trygghet i leveransen.
Detta har varit ett tydligt lyft jämfört med vår tidigare leverantör. Stort tack till Tara och Michael för ett professionellt och engagerat bemötande!

Som kund är det ganska tråkigt att bli bemött på det här sättet. Man förväntar sig trots allt lite mer tillgänglighet från en redovisningsbyrå.

Den positiva lärdomen är väl att det finns gott om andra redovisningsbyråer som faktiskt svarar när man hör av sig.

I have worked with Talenom through my four separate companies.

Unfortunately, my experience as a client has left me feeling undervalued. Important questions regarding my businesses have often gone unanswered or required repeated follow-ups. When responses do arrive, they frequently result in additional charges (often around €90 + VAT per clarification), which creates an atmosphere where asking necessary questions feels financially risky.

As an entrepreneur, accounting is not just a technical requirement – it is a core management tool. I have not experienced proactive partnership or advisory support, but rather a reactive and transactional approach.

A similar experience occurred with Easor, which is now separated from Talenom as their platform: I submitted a request for a transfer offer and received a sales call almost immediately, yet the actual offer has still not been delivered several days later. The contrast between fast sales response and slow operational follow-through has been disappointing.

I believe company culture and customer attitude stem from leadership. With the size and position Talenom holds in the market, I would expect a stronger sense of partnership and customer orientation.

As a small business owner, I am fortunately still able to choose my accounting partner. At this stage, my decision will be based not only on price, but on trust, responsiveness, and the feeling of being valued as a client.

Jag har haft denna redovisningsfirma de senaste två åren och upplever att de krångligt väldigt mycket. Otydlig information, långsamma svar och nya oaviserade kostnader som dyker upp hela tiden.

Instead of trying to help business to thrive, they try to ruin it. This concerns Finnish department.

All their bills paid, except during summertime which I was on worktrip. During that there had been some invoices I had missed, but would have handled as soon as I got back. They put those to protest list, reducing company value. While I agree some (not all) were late, they were not that much late, and even if they were, normal companies just send reminder and protest only after longer period of time, or at least, if it is during summertime, wait until holiday season was over. They could have called if I had missed those bills and all would have been taken care of right away. But no, they wanted to rush out and make it that way.
While it is their legal possibility, it tells much about the company. Company that lacks of common sense and situation awareness, and how they see and want to treat their customers.

La experiencia es positiva. Siempre percibes la preocupación por qué todo salga bien y el apoyo continuo. Agradecer en especial a Najwa y Paula, el personal con quien más trato tengo por su cercanía y ganas de ayudar. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service (or rather, lack thereof) that I received from Talenom. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others.

To begin with, Talenom went completely MIA for months. During this time, they continued to send us invoices and other strange emails, all while being entirely unreachable. I attempted to contact their staff countless times, but it was as if they had vanished into thin air. This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a company that claims to be reliable and trustworthy.

Due to their complete lack of communication and support, I was left with no choice but to switch to another provider. It was clear that Talenom was not interested in maintaining a professional relationship or providing the services they were being paid for.

Now, adding insult to injury, Talenom is sending us to debt collection! After their months of absence and zero response to my numerous attempts at communication, they have the audacity to pursue debt collection against us. This is an outrageous and unfounded action, and it highlights their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and professional ethics.

I urge anyone considering Talenom to think twice before engaging with this company. Their business practices are deeply flawed, and their treatment of customers is appalling. Save yourself the headache and avoid Talenom at all costs. There are plenty of other service providers out there who actually value their customers and provide the support they promise.

In summary, my experience with Talenom has been one of the worst I have ever had with any company. Their disappearance for months, lack of communication, and subsequent debt collection attempts have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Talenom needs to seriously reevaluate their business practices and customer service approach if they hope to retain any credibility in the market.

La plataforma cada vez está mejor y con más funcionalidades que me facilitan más cosas, pero la proactividad y el buen trabajo de mi asesora (Nawja) no sólo me ha hecho ahorrar un montón de dinero sino que me ha dado la tranquilidad de poder seguir confiando en que van a estar pendientes de cualquier detalle que se me pueda escapar.
