I really like the structure of the…
I really like the structure of the exercise. It's easy to use it. I am not sure if I can see much difference in my face however I need to say that I didn't manage the exercise twice a day as is recommended for my age. I also had a break when I was on holiday.

I have to say I was suspicious of the course but jumped in anyway - because what if?!

I have been doing face exercises before, but these are different and effective unlike anything else I've tried in the past.

I love the authenticity of the instructor. There’s a wealth and magnitude of information in this class. I’m always excited to learn more of the exercises when I login and wake up at the beginning of my day!

Great courses
Great courses. Really enjoyed the exercises and detailed instructions that the course providers offered. One point is to be careful with continuing subscriptions as this will ‘auto renew’ unless you set it not to. I would have been more likely/happy to renew the course if they had warned me via email of an upcoming auto renew. Contacted support though and they were very quick & helpful at sorting this out for me.

Consistency is key as with anything else!
I’ve been doing these facial exercises for almost two months, and I’m surprised by the results. I’m a regular gym goer, and I know consistency is important in achieving your desired body. I used the same principle with the face exercises and have been seeing great results. Thank you for inspiring us and providing such a fantastic tool to help us feel and look our best. I can’t recommend it enough! Try it out, ladies; it is worth it. You have to be consistent, though!

I am 57 years old who beleive that working out is imperative to keep in shape physically and mentally and i’ve been doing it since my young age for my body and I have always thought that as the face has muscles too there should be a way to maintain it as well ( not into the artificial things like most woman ) but I could not find the proper way to apply it till I saw Anastasia’s account on insta, started following her and found it extremely interesting so I applied to her course that I found extremely professional and very easy to follow to be able to do it the right way and since that day I am following her course and doing the exercises religiously ( it has been three weeks ) the quality of my skin improved drastically as for the shape I am more than sure that in few weeks the result ( which I see slightly now ) would be amazing as I am aware that working on a muscle need time and consistency to take shape and this is what I am willing to do …. thank you Anastasia for being an inspiration and for fall the work you are doing to help other woman all the luck - a satisfied client

I feel like being given the tools to improve yourself is invaluable. I thought the course was easy to follow and understand and if I did have any struggles there was always a resource for help. Great daily exercices!
I am at my 3rd week doing the exercices ,and I love to practice daily. I encourage them to ditch the IA voice as some users complained about , but I can understand the professor didn't feel confident enought to speak in english which is not her native language. I am able to see some slight changes in my face already and what i appreciate most is the improved conscience and ability of moving my face muscles. I like the feedbacks of the experts which were pretty detailed . Thank you , you're a great add to my routine !

I really don’t understand all these…
I really don’t understand all these negative feedback,I have another point of view. I found the content of the course very interesting and effective: for each exercise you have a clear explanation to perform it right and they tell you also the possible mistakes to avoid. You are required to make a picture of yourself at the beginning and st the end and sometimes after a series of exercises you can make a video of you performing the more difficult exercise so that an expert can correct you. Videos and pictures are not obligatory, you can chose whether to send it or not. The staff is really kind and I ‘ve always received valuable feedback. You can tell that Sophie is well-prepared and I am satisfied with the results

The results after just 3 weeks amazed me
I had been watching Sophie’s Instagram for a while and tried doing a few exercises from her videos, but it was difficult to do them correctly without proper instructions. One video review, where a woman shared how her cosmetic procedures had caused issues that Sophie’s program helped fix, finally convinced me to join.
After only 3 weeks of practice, I can say my face has transformed beautifully! At nearly 60, I wasn’t expecting magic, but I was pleasantly surprised. My eyes shine now! A big thank you to Julia, the program curator, who helped me perfect the most challenging exercise (you can send your videos for expert feedback). I highly recommend this program to everyone

Poor customer service.
I actually quite liked the course but I can't help but feel it's quite scammy. My experience with emailing the group was negative where they gave a very impersonal abrupt response which was disappointing as Sophie comes across very well in her videos. I also signed up for 3 months after clicking a promo on Instagram, only to be told I was going to be charged again after one month, when I emailed them they said I had subscribed to 1 month only. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend, customer service is not up to standard.
