To anyone questioning if this is a scam, I strongly feel it is. Website asks you to send pictures and videos of yourself to their team of “experts” for review once you sign up. To make it creepier, they never fully disclose the identity of who these so claimed “experts” are that will be reviewing and or what they intent to do with the content you provide. When signing up they state a full refund will be provided if you email customer service and are unsatisfied for any reason, however, they do not honor this. When I emailed to let them know I was uncomfortable sending pics/videos and would like a refund, they asked me further questions. When I responded to them I wanted a refund and that a money back guarantee was promised, their reply was that refund would not be possible due to their “policy”. Very, very sketchy, buyer beware!

It’s a scam. The exercises don’t have any use. They also prolong the subscription without your consent so watch out with this!

I'm really disappointed with this course. I paid for lifetime access, but the quality is awful. The videos feature a dubbed voice, and overall, they don't meet my expectations. I've requested a refund but haven't received any response. This experience feels unprofessional.

The course is okay. The video dubbing is a challenge. Be warned though, they will continue to take recurring payment without any warning. This seems a dishonest practice.

I’m so glad I decided to add Mewing to my SuperFace course with Anastasia! I’d heard great things about her face yoga, but adding Mewing has really made a huge difference. My jawline is looking sharper, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement with the jowls and those pesky Venus rings on my neck. This combo has given me results I didn’t expect to see so soon! I just wrapped up Sophie Shain's face yoga course, Mindful Face Fitness, and dedicated three months to practicing it. Before this, I tried another author's program but didn’t see any real changes. With Sophie’s program, the toughest exercise for me has been the one targeting the head muscles. I’m still working on it at the beginner level, but already my eyebrows have lifted, and my upper left eyelid isn't drooping anymore. From what I can tell, this is a unique move I haven’t come across in other courses or with my previous trainer.

What really blew me away: after just three weeks, my under-eye bags vanished, the corners of my mouth smoothed out, and those tiny lines between my cheeks and mouth (not sure what they're called) started to fade. After a month, my neck looked longer and more elegant, and my skin noticeably improved. Plus, my headaches stopped! Turns out, I was overworking my chewing muscles and had poor head and neck alignment from my job, which I hadn’t realized before. Thanks to the classes, I began to notice these little details and became much more attentive to myself.

Another awesome thing to mention—the video reviews of the exercises. They provide feedback on any mistakes and suggest what to tweak. I think this really helped me achieve such great results so quickly.

Now, I’m planning to continue for another three months and sign up for Sophie’s Face Harmony massage program (which includes décolleté massage techniques and women’s health tips) and the posture program down the line. I really need it, and there are exercises I can do both at home and at work.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sophie Shain's courses to my friends and even show the lessons to my mom, who is 69 years old. The exercises Sophie teaches are incredibly beneficial for health, and I’ve seen the difference myself.

SuperFace not only changed my face but my self esteem as well. I now love my face, with all its peculiarities, and enjoy the process of working on it to become the best it can be. I have been doing it for about 6 months and people around notice the changes. But more important than them, it is how I feel about myself.

While I'm doing exercises I'm overwhelmed with joy, it's obvious that it triggers some positive feelings, I didn't even expect this aspect of exercise and I really like it. Earlier, I tried using free videos I found on the Internet to tighten my face, and I succeeded in some way, but my face would change completely, it wasn't me anymore. Since I have been attending this course, I look much more like myself, and my face is tighter but has retained a feminine shape, I have an expression of better self-confidence, and unexpectedly, people react more positively when they see me, probably in addition, I look more approachable and in a better mood, I am very grateful :). My face really looks younger and tighter, while my muscles don't look plump.

Sophie knows a lot. Some exercises are too difficult for me to perform. I continue to use the exercises to loosen my jaw/masseters.

Be careful! I bought courses from ana b and sophie shine, and they are nothing like instagram. You get videos dubbed with this AI robot voice. I asked for refund. One course is not opened and the other i just saw the welcome part. The communication when you want your money back is awful. Ana b and sophie wont help you, and the mail they refer to uses days to answer, and no solution is handled. They answer the exact same at the same time, so i believe their accounts is bots. After many emails i still have not got any refund.

Update; they only refunded for 1 course, not both like they said via mail.

Update 2; they say refund is being processed, but on mail they say they cant refund.

The course content is good and the explanations are clear. I do think face exercises make a difference because invariably the people who do them look much better than those who don't. I think the team can improve the final PRO content by adding a video withbtheir recommended routine. One for daily and another for the 3x week practice recommendations.
That would make them easier to internalise and memorise.
I honestly don't mind that they use other people's voices because I bought the course for its content, which is ultimately what matters.

I want to share my review of this facial gymnastics course. I’ve been practicing for two months and can see real results: puffiness has reduced, the corners of my eyes have lifted slightly, and my overall skin condition seems to have improved. The platform is convenient, videos load smoothly, and everything is logical and clear. I’ll definitely continue with the sessions.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but the Super Face course has really exceeded my expectations. The exercises are simple to follow, and I could already feel a difference in just a few days. It’s such an easy way to take care of your skin without any fancy products or treatments. Plus, it’s fun!

This company uses tokens to renew your subscription. This means that once your card that you have subscribed with has expired it will continue to take payment from your replacement card unless you unsubscribe. The subtitles are terrible and the exercises complicated

I signed up to the face exercise by Anastasia Burdyug. The course was supposed to be in English. I am familiar with Anastasia's voice from her instagram (takeclass.superface). In the course it is nothing like that, the course shows short videos of her, but is lead by a voice of a robot. It is quite annoying, definitely not a voice I want to spend 30 min of my time a day with for the next 6 months. The course is definitely of a way lower quality than Anastasia's posts on instagram. This course IS NOT an upgrade of her free content, it is way worst. If I knew, I would not sign up. I paid now, there is no return policy, so I will suffer through it, but definitely not what I expected, not matching the instagram quality and not worth a penny. Better to follow free content on insta and on youtube.
