Unethical renewal policy and poor service: Avoid this platform!
I would strongly advise anyone considering this platform to stay away. They auto-renew subscriptions without any proper notice and then refuse to issue a refund, even when contacted within 24 hours of the charge.
In my case, I signed up for a 6-month subscription and didn't realise at all that it was set to auto-renew which they don’t clearly state in the T&C. I never received any reminder emails. nothing in my inbox, junk, or promotions folders. When I contacted customer service immediately after the charge, I was met with robotic, scripted responses that showed zero interest in resolving the issue or giving back my money. It’s painfully obvious the replies are AI-generated or written by people who aren’t empowered to do anything beyond quoting their terms and conditions.
And yes, I’m sure the company will respond to this review saying something like “We’re sorry to hear this, please reach out to our customer service team” but I’ve already done that. They refused to return my £40 despite the fact that I didn’t access any content and made my request 5min after the charge. So let’s not pretend there's a path to resolution through customer support; there isn’t.
This experience has left me feeling misled, dismissed, and frankly cheated. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere. This company operates with an exploitative subscription model and no actual care for the customer – it’s a borderline scam.
I will unfortunately have to contact my bank to dispute the charge and submit a case to the Consumer Ombudsman out of the fairness principle.
Please avoid this company at all costs as you may find yourself in a frustrating situation.

I'm just following up with this around July 24th, the company did refund my money in the end, but it still doesn't make up for the way I was treated and how the whole situation made me feel. It's a shame that it had come to this just so that I could receive a refund, and this whole situation could have been avoided.

I can see myself keeping this routine forever!
I love how the course starts with simple exercises and gradually builds, so I never felt overwhelmed. By the end, you have a full routine in one video that’s easy to repeat daily. I even find myself doing my favorite exercises while watching TV! I’ve noticed more fullness in my cheekbones, less sagging, and better symmetry in my face.

I'm amazed

Impossible Selfie
While I find Anastasia incredibly beautiful and her exercises helpful, in the course I was very disappointed by the fact that their server DID NOT ACCEPT MY SELFIE although I was perfectly following their "selfie guideline submission" (and, believe me, I did take way too many selfies in my life and I definitely know how to take a selfie) and that cuts me out from accessing some course's benefits like 5 consultations with the expert that are included with the course.

Teaches fundamentals not seen in Social Media
It’s good that the techniques are not those that you can find online for free. Instead, they are foundational and repeated on a daily basis to develop the transformation. I’d give this 5 stars if the instructions were better dubbed in English; instead it’s an AI voice with somewhat of an awkward choice of words. You get used to it after a while.

I find the customer service very poor
I find the customer service very poor. I've emailed them about ten times regarding my subscription and they do not reply. The company seems sketchy to me. The marketing is also very pushy, constantly asking you to uploads photos for insta etc. They constantly try to upsell to you. The exercises may be good (the translation and voice over is very poor) but I would recommend doing this type of exercise course with a different more reputable company.

I am already very satisfied with the…
I am already very satisfied with the result, and it is not been very long since I’ve started and can see an improvement already. Even there were muscles that at the beginning I had trouble moving some of them at first, and now bit by bit every day, it seems that the muscles started to gain more strength and flexibility, and also the possibility to send the videos showing our mistakes, and being corrected by the experts, I really appreciate that too. I highly recommend this course and I m going to continue.

I have taken multiple classes…
I have taken multiple classes and the Super Face, Mindful Face Fitness, and IQmassage are by far the best I’ve tried! They have provided me with the greatest improvements! In just a month of dedication and consistency, my face muscles are more prominent, wrinkles are smoothing out around my mouth and forehead, my nose is smaller, and skin has firmed up. Some of the exercises are challenging, though not impossible and once mastered, do what they say! I highly recommend these courses and instruction!

I have done three weeks of exercises…
I have done three weeks of exercises with this course and I have felt an improvement in that wrinkles in the forehead & neck are magically disappearing & also my skin feels more youthful & tense! I was disappointed with the format of…
I was disappointed with the format of the face yoga course. It has lots of long lengthy videos with an AI generated robotic voice over and very little actual content to follow.
I didn’t grumble too much as a one off payment of £40 I didn’t think was the end of the world, but when they took another £40 6 months later, I immediately contacted them and asked for a refund. I didn’t even access the content after the first week of me receiving it, so I certainly wouldn’t want more! They said they couldn’t refund me as I hadn’t cancelled my subscription, which was apparently very clearly stated when I made the initial purchase. It was not clear at all and I would never have bought it if I’d known it was a subscription. Furthermore, I never expected them to refuse my refund, especially when I contacted them within minutes of them taking my money. Shocked and disgusted. BE WARNED! If you do not want a subscription, cancel immediately.
