I love the in-depth instruction…
I love the in-depth instruction including counting reps for each exercise and access to face yoga teachers for feedback. You receive up to 7 “consultations” via direct message in the takeclass app. I also like if I need clarification or a demo on an exercise the lesson videos are repeated each day. The only feature I wish the have is a skip to the next video option. I am noticing less puffiness under my eyes and my face feels tighter!

This has been the best decision
This has been the best decision. After watching a plethora of videos and ads on instagram of different FaceYoga exercises I came across Anastasiia’s program and I didn’t know what to expect initially but as I’ve gone onto day 8 now slowly but gradually I feel my muscles tighten !! yes you need patience but then all the best things in life don’t have a shortcut !! But I have started to see slight changes and the best thing has been expert support and feedback on exercises I thought I wasn’t doing correctly; a detailed explanation really helped me understand what I was doing wrong also I felt reassured that there is actual human interaction here !

Better Nose and Neck
I live in a different country from my mum and only visit her a few times a year. During my last visit, I was following the Superface course, and she said, “I don’t know how, but your nose looks smaller!” That honestly made me happy. The change is subtle of course, but still noticeable.
I also noticed an improvement in the fine lines on my neck, which is great.

Commitment required
While it feels repetitive at first, it ends up being very helpful in how to do the moves correctly. I am 11 days in and unsure if I am seeing results yet. However, you are meant to do the moves twice a day and I have only managed once a day at this point.
The layout is good and easy to follow.

Course is designed excellently and its explanation by the team makes it possible to follow the videos with the detailed directions. Feel fresh after
The exercises were well presented and easy to follow with a good formula. I'm not sure I saw a huge difference in my appearance but I'm going to keep doing it twice a day as my face feels fresher when I do the exercises

Facing reality and striving to improve
I am thoroughly enjoying this course and seeing my features improve each day. Prior to beginning, I noticed over time that the right side of my face and mouth were more lax than the left and I'm noticing a big improvement with this. I am also seeing improvement with slightly fuller lips. I really love that this program has clear and concise instruction, making it easy and enjoyable to tune in twice daily to perform the prescribed exercises.

Excellent course structure
Excellent course structure, with detailed video instructions on how to perform the exercise as well as expert explanation on which muscles you should feel the tension so you know you are doing the exercise correctly. There are also other experts on the videos showing common mistakes so you can recognise errors and adjust your technique as well as homework that allows you to consult with the experts. I would 100 percent recommend!
