I had a very unexpected diagnosis and this company was very understanding when I asked to cancel my subscription. I will definitely contact them again when I am able to work out.

Read the Fine Print before committing to this app
I canceled my subscription because I feel like it wasn't explained about the cost to be a member. It mentioned a "one time fee", but I was charged again for a much larger amount. I didn't want to go lower in stars because the customer service rep named Nora Abot helped get my cancelation completed. If it weren't for her prompt actions, I would have gone lower on the stars. One thing I would recommend, please be more upfront about recurring charges and not have it in the "fine print". I feel this should be an important detail your customers should be aware of.

It’s as if this program was tailor made…
It’s as if this program was tailor made for me.
At 70 I need a weight loss and general health program which addresses my needs wrt loose skin and fascia.
I can adjust my meals and swap as needed.
My vegan meals are healthy, interesting and satisfying.
There are other suggestions and challenges that will be good when I’m looking for more variations. I’m particularly interested in the green smoothie which can be anti inflammatory.
The tai chi sessions are easy to follow.
My weight is beginning to drop.
Best of all I have a coach to help me succeed in my goals.
I’m glad I found Taioga.
