Absolutely horrendous company
Absolutely horrendous company. I am very very disappointed that my elderly vulnerable mother had been charged £78(which she needed for food shopping) she had no idea she was signed up for a subscription, when contacting customer service via email shes been told she cannot get a refund. Disgusting !!

Taioga token my credit withdraw without…
Taioga token my credit withdraw without sending notifications to me, when I contacted them they said they couldn't refund it. I paid 18€, then 4 weeks later took 90€. When I registered I didn't see the word of payment after 4 weeks or the word of 90€. If anyone wants to join in, think it first.
Nora ones of the staff, she was nice and helpful. But the company still didn't give me the refund.

When I started on this journey

This company found it no problem to go into my bank account and take £ 78.49 for a subscription I never agreed to and more so I dont even know who they are!!! ABSOLUTE THIEVES . Top marks for professionalism
I am very impressed by this organisation and especially by it's customer service.
They dealt with my order in a very professional manner and supplied the link for the Tai Chi programme, which works well.
My own arrangements prevent me from continuing with the programme after my trial period but this is not the fault of Taioga!!
May I congratulate and thank Nora for her efficiency and friendliness in arranging to cancel further subscriptions; customer service can make or break a business.

Cancel 48 hours before subscription renews
The plan was ok, have seen minimal results. My issue is their transparency on the cost after your initial plan. My set up email did not advise of the price after initial plan. I hunted on the app for logically must be located but no success. Now £78 odd taken off and told tough luck even though approached within an hour of payment being taken. I understand your policy but make it clear and easy how to cancel.. for this reason I feel they just want the money.
