Tailor Made Rail Arvostelua

Great, efficient and helpful service.

Great knowledge , seemless experience Responsive, sorted out a late issue with changes on the German railways. Overall would highly recommend

We had a great holiday, well adapted by Tailormade to our own preferences. They were superb at contacting us and promptly rearranging our train bookings when there was unplanned rail disruption in Germany which could have otherwise been a real hassle.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Very helpful staff well organised arrangements and can't find a fault.

Tailor Made Rail have made train travel less stressful and removed the problem of booking foreign trains. There has been help when I needed it on the journey and I was able to get a refund on part of the journey when they could have been difficult about it.

I’ve already written a 5 star review but it’s disappeared. I commended Kit on all his work to help Clare and her disabilities on our 16 day interrail journey from London to Helsinki.

Hotels were well chosen close to station with very good breakfast
When we had an issue with train out of hours it was sorted v quickly

Well organised and responsive service. Comprehensive documentation provided.

Proactive, helpful, interested and friendly. An outstanding service from first interaction and then during holiday when external events impacted travel plans. Our

I've had many holidays with TMR because they deliver exactly what I want -- they patiently work with me to design my holidays just the way I want them -- trains, transfers, hotels, tours and even restaurants. Their ideas and advice are also spot on. The service is very attentive and personalised. Thank you TMR team.

They arranged exactly what we wanted.
Also, with a 3 hour delay for our last train, (due to the Fontaineblue forest fire) tmr sent a refreshment voucher, which was welcome.

Brilliantly planned, good comms, second time using. Hotels all lovely and well located. Rail app very easy to use. Lots of information in the travel pack . Will use again . It is well worth the extra money and good to have them on email/phone .

A great experience all round. TMR were helpful, efficient and very professional. Paul, our travel advisor, knew the routes, hotels and places we wanted to visit and put together an ideal itinerary for our rail journey across Europe to visit my nephew’s wedding in Italy. He came back in an hour or so with a written, priced proposal, which was perfect. The booking process was easy and our tickets arrived in plenty of time with first class instructions, hints and tips to help the journey. I can heartily recommend the company and hope to use their services again.

We booked a 16 day tour of Eastern Europe by train from our local station. Our ports of call were Budapest, Prague, Vienna and Krakow, spending 3 nights in each and 3 nights travelling there and back to Britain. Firstly, the hotels were excellent and carefully chosen by Tailor Made to be convenient and just where we wanted to be. The trains were the big let down of the holiday. Virtually every one was late resulting in missed connections and unsatisfactory arrival times at our destinations. To say it was a stressful experience would be an understatement. I am 80 and my wife,79, and Tailor Made were aware of this. Granted, we chose our own itinerary, but someone at Tailor Made could have made us aware of the severity of the schedule as they would have had to have far more experience than us. We never had any verbal contact with Tailor Made throughout the whole period from booking until now and this has finished us with both rail travel and online only holiday companies.

Fantastic trip, could not recommend more highly Tailor Made Rail.
Locations and Hotel selection was just amazing! We visited Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France and Spain. What a wonderful experience all on the train 5 countries 2500km 14 stops.

Good communication throughout. Options made clear and updated prior to final confirmation of trip. I would use this company again.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
The specifically tailored itinerary was perfect and the booking process was easy.
All of the hotels were of very good quality.
Communication was excellent and we were given good alternatives when train times were changed.
I would definitely recommend Tailor Made Rail.

Gracie was so extremely helpful and patient and sent over a really wonderful Switzerland holiday plan for us which suited all of our needs, especially for my mum who travelled with a walker. My parents are 81 and they, and us, loved every second of our trip, the train rides, the locations and the hotels selected. A trip we'll all remember forever, thank you Gracie!

Efficient travel. Good hotels, except the one in Gdansk.

We asked for a hotel next to a lake so we could walk along the lakeside and to local shops and restaurants but they sent us to a hotel up a steep hill. We could not walk up the hill back to the hotel and we had to either have a taxi or catch the bus.
