I bought an IFAK from Warrior Assault Systems and my experience with this shop was absolutely brilliant.
Immediately after my purchase, I was contacted by customer support to let me know that the product was temporarily out of stock but would arrive the following week, and they asked if that was OK with me. That sort of attention to detail is by no means a given, and it gave me a great first impression.
I’ve had the same problem with another shop in the past, but they didn’t bother to let me know at all, and I had to wait over a month without hearing anything. Here, however, communication was immediate and clear, and they responded quickly to all my questions.
The bag arrived without any issues on their part; I only had a few hiccups with the local courier.
As for the product, the quality is top, but I’d already expected that from Warrior Assault Systems.
And then… the KitKat included for the review (and to bribe me) is a strategy that always works 😄
