I made a small purchase of gun grease, the price surprised me, it was the lowest in Europe, the service was high level and the delivery was very fast.

My experience with Military Shop LV has been nothing short of an incredible experience! Being that I live in America, buying anything from overseas can potentially become problematic in the event that a situation occurs.

I have heard nothing but outstanding customer experiences and very high praises in dealing with military shop LV so naturally, I had no reluctance placing an order with them.

I couldn’t believe how fast and proficient these people are when it comes to dealing with their customers! My order was literally in the mail with UPS and in transit to America within a DAY and on its way to me! That is completely outstanding!

Within weeks end, my package was delivered and sitting on my porch!

Unfortunately, there was a huge problem with the product that I ordered which was clearly a manufacturing issue with company that made it!

This creates a serious problem when you are literally thousands of miles away HOWEVER… I reached out to customer service explaining the situation and… I didn’t get a canned response… or screwed around with meaningless back and forth with some low level customer service employee… I was contacted DIRECTLY BY Armands Ikalis WHO IS THE OWNER OF MILITARY SHOP LV And he dealt with me and my problems PERSONALLY!

I have to tell you that, as a former Army Ranger who to this day, spends his entire life in the field, gear problems or, inadequacies, can be the difference between life and death! With that said, when you are operating in the field, problems with gear or anything else, need to be addressed in short order because, your safety, well fare and actual life hangs in the balance!

Now, (ME PERSONALLY) I went directly to the manufacturer of the defective product because I didn’t want to take it out on a small business owner and force him to take ownership of the situation however, the manufacturer (who shall remain nameless) basically gave me the finger forcing myself as well as Military shop LV to take ownership of the situation that they created and were ultimately responsible for!

My man Armands Ikalis is a stellar man!
I explained my direct experience and communications with the manufacturer of the product to Armands and I let him know that I went to battle for him as well as myself in attempts to keep him out of it because I didn’t want a small business owner to have to incur the costs or hardships of a problem that he as well as myself didn’t create!

Armands Ikalis The owner of military shop LV MADE ME his first priority and handled this situation with complete professionalism and more importantly.. as a empathetic and caring and compassionate man who genuinely and authenticity cares about his customers and their lives and independent situations because he is a outstanding person and a man who possesses honor and integrity and most importantly, Amands cares!

In the end… this was the outcome.

I didn’t know this man from a can of paint however, “I CHOSE “ to go directly to the manufacturer of said product in attempts to leave Amands out of it because I didn’t… didn’t feel that a small business owner should have to absorb the cost associated with the manufacturing defect that he himself did not create, and was not responsible for, that was my choice!

I we expense To g great expense, trying to keep this man out of this situation to no avail! In the end, this man respected that I went to battle on his behalf, and he did the same for me and because of a greedy corporation, we both incurred great expense because of this situation mine was by choice! Amands also incurred great expense, making good to me, his customer due to no fall of his own, and that says everything about the integrity of this man!

Thank you Amands! You have EARNED MY TRUST AND RESPECT AND MY BUSINESS AND YOU HAVE A BROTHER WHO GREATLY APPRECIATES AND RESPECT YOU!
