Ordered with out sour cream, they made it fresh, get home has sour creame, terrible experience

It's against our religion to eat beef so we ordered fries without beef only to get home and there was beef all over the fries! Assistant Manager Owen said I can drive back to the store and get a replacement or 50% off fries next time. Absolutely no concern for the matter..
If we were Muslim and your served us pork I’m sure you take it seriously then....

Last week I treated my three children to taco belle on Sutton Coldfield we bought a large order and when we returned home to eat one burrito and two fries were missing this spoilt our meal we all shared the food that we received and tried to call the branch but there was no number on the receipt or on the website I said to the family I would lodge a complaint omg what a nightmare they send you round and round in circles they have this stupid portal you have to place complaint on then the keep sending you and a message asking what the problem was this was three times after I had given the full details they just send constant emails not making any sense of how to resolve the matter,I still have had no luck and will now have to pop into the branch which is out of my way,not happy at all the branch will not last as the service obviously is rubbish if a customer is not happy shame on the company.

Always get the order wrong, always poorly packaged and always poorly made. It's annoying as the USA version is great.

They could have had an off day BUT NO!! Used the drive through both times on different days paid for large and got small drink and small chips and was told if i wanted large i shud have asked for it (thats what u get wen kids serve u!!) the chicken was burnt, lettuce was brown and peppers WHAT PEPPERS!! been in tonight to give them a second chance whis i hadnt bothered!! Kids yet again serving the drive through (at least this lad wasnt RUDE like the girl the night b4!!!! But i paid for large and got a standard drink till i said something he said ‘ah yeh well its easy done aint it’ gif small chips again but he reckoned they were large ‘what with half the chips missing’ the food was luke warm tonight witch is better than the night b4!! That was stone ruddy COLD!!! *WHEN U EMPLOY KIDS U WILL ALWAYS GET CRAP SERVICE! KIDS WILL ALWAYS BE RUDE SO LONG AS THEY GET PAID EACH WEEK THEY JUST DONT GIVE A DAM*

will not be going back waited 3 months for support to resolve a complaint, months later they won't even reply to emails now.. rubbish company!

Supposed to be fast food.

Is Taco Bell fast food? I think it's supposed to be. I visited Taco Bell in Plymouth. The restaurant was practically empty. There were three people ahead of me in the queue to order from the order machines, one of which was broken. There doesn't seem to be a way to order from a human if you had a problem. Anyway, with only 3 people ahead of me and the restaurant quiet, I was surprised to be have to wait 13 minutes for a standard Crispy Chicken Burrito and a portion of fries. Incidentally I ordered large fries and they were smaller than other fast food joints' small fry portions. I dread to think how small the regular portions are. The Chicken Burrito was considerably smaller than it looked in the advertising and on the menus. It also tasted like Peanuts. Thankfully I don't have a peanut allergy, but I'm not very fond of them and I saw nothing mentioning peanuts in any of the menus.

Needless to say, my first visit to Taco Bell in the UK will be my last as I don't want to go back to a place that makes me wait ages for mediocre sized portions that don't even taste great.
