Took my family to Taco Bell in Exeter, not far from IKEA. It was terrible from start to finish. We didn’t see any staff unless they had to bring an order out, as they were all in the back loudly chatting. The floor was littered with food packaging and the like, tables were uncleaned. The food arrived quickly enough, it was mostly lukewarm .
Talking about the food; I had the weediest burrito I have ever had the misfortune to be served, it was pathetic. There is a one man band in my city that serves proper burritos, it’s crazy that a company that built a whole franchise around them cannot match it. My son had soft tacos, again, they were tiny and not hot.

It took us 2 hours to get to Exeter and Taco Bell was going to be a treat for my family who all love Mexican food. After this experience it’s highly unlikely that we will return to a Taco Bell again, if we do, it will definitely not be to one in Exeter! I had a decent one at Cornwall Services Taco Bell, why can’t the ones in Exeter match the quality. I suspect it’s a franchise owner trying to cut costs?

Terrible, ordered at 17:08 for a delivery for 18:00. (Well within the time to deliver according to just eat). Best in mind this was a treat for us as a family, order was confirmed quickly (obviously happy to take your money) and the delivery time has changed significantly, currently we can all happily enjoy a treat dinner by 19:30 if we’re lucky. Got to love a multinational franchise scheme!!! Complete clown show

Pre ordered online at the new branch in Ipswich. When I arrived they said it would be 10mins. After 30 mins I asked again and they again said 10mins. Loads of people were complaining about the wait time. It’s funny how they don’t mention this when ordering but are happy to take your money. After 50 mins my food arrived, the order was wrong and it was cold. I was so angry I stood outside and warned customers entering the shop what was happening and watched them walk away!! Staff seem to have been thrown in at the deep end either little training or support.

My son ordered food in Gloucester and it didn't print a receipt and food never arrived. Staff didn't acknowledge order despite proof of payment on phone. Tried to sort with customer services and got nowhere. Very disappointed.

Poor service waited over 40 mins for our order considering it was dead inside. Will not be coming back to this Taco Bell again!

Ipswich Nacton branch. Waited over forty minutes for food. What was supplied was cold, several items missing. Asked for what’s missing and had to wait again. Now at an hour from order and still do not have all the food. Unfortunately a really poor experience and a lost customer.

Absolutely shocking took 3 hours to deliver food!! Ordered at 6 arrived after 9.30pm!!! Would not recommend. Ridiculous!!!

Great customer service, place was clean and tidy, food was excellent and quickly done, price was very reasonable. Overall Great experience.

Amazing food and great customer service. They serve the best burrito and chips. I have also noticed that place is much more clean than it used to be before. Definitely will be back.

Taco Bell, Rochdale. I ordered three meals with the self serve touch screen facility. The equipment didn’t have any paper so I couldn’t print off a receipt. The food took around ten minutes to prepare which was ok however they’d missed a large fries from the order. They sorted the fries out when I complained without any issues. The burritos that i was given didn’t look anything like they did on the menu. The burritos had hardly any filling which was very disappointing. The fires were quite nice to be fair. This was my first experience of Taco Bell and it was very underwhelming, I won’t be going back.

Absolutely shocking food, could not believe what we got served and staff, would not recommend Kirkby taco, I have also tried t9 contact them numerous times and sent photos of what we got served but not replying, absolutely shocking customer service

Food great very hot place nice and clean and Caitlin went above and beyond carried our trays upstairs for us would definitely go back

Terrible service, ordered 30 quids worth of food and only half of it arrived, and it was cold.

I really enjoy the food from Taco bell here in the UK, as usual it's better than the US-counterpart (similar to McDonalds etc.). The chips are lovely and seasoned well, there's been a few issues in the past with the sugar coating of the churros (i've had some with FAR too much or none at all). I usually get the quesadilla box, i change out the chicken for beef and always check it has been made correctly, with no issues so far. I would likely expect the Taco Bell in Kingswood, Hull to be pretty decent considering it only opened a year or two ago. Hopefully it will stay clean & friendly with good food for years to come...
My main issue is with the Taco Bell app - I would order more through this for pickup however there is no option at changing from chicken to beef with the quesadilla filling so i always have to do this inside the restaurant and order when i get there. The points system is also very flawed on the app. I've tried previously to add my points after getting a receipt from the order screen yet there usually isn't a barcode printed to scan. I've received a few emails in the past telling me my TB points are expiring... why?! The fact they can expire puts me off bothering to get any in the first place.

Honestly. What a disaster. Restaurant was freezing and filthy. Toilets out of order. Ordering machines not giving receipts. Chairs and tables all dirty. The staff were shouting swearing and mucking about with their pals who were in the kitchen even through they clearly weren’t working as they were wearing hats and coats. The service was so so slow. When we finally got it and left it was totally wrong with 3 this missing and all the food was stone cold. When I went back it was such chaos that I honestly couldn’t be bothered to explain to the staff so I just reordered the missing items. Another 25 minute wait. During which time the staff mucked around throwing stuff at each other and at one point asking us to move so they could give their pals free food. I doubt the franchise will be there in 12 months if major improvements aren’t implemented.

Dundee - Reform Street
Absolutely appalling & very slow customer service. After a really long wait the operative started to assemble our order but then dumped it in a warm cabinet, part finished, whilst she attended to a hoard of schoolkids. Simultaneously, her colleague abandoned the food prep area to noisily rearrange the furniture whilst our order slowly depreciated in quality. We were finally presented with a bag of very low standard food as some of it had actually spilled out of its wrappers into the bottom of the big bag. Also, the burritos were not identifiable as the marker boxes had not been used. In the bottom of the big bag was a blend of taco filling & doughnut mess. I have not got a receipt as the machine was out of paper. Plus no napkins were available to clean up our hands from the mess. And with the toilet(s) out of order we left after throwing most of our meal in the bin with grease all over our hands. Our first and last visit. Unbelievable.

We went to the Glasgow shop and ate in. The food was ok. The servers were indifferent and were not really interested. The toilets were abysmal. The disabled toilet had had the lock removed completely. Upstairs there are 4 toilets. 1 men and 3 unisex. 2 of the 3 had broken toilet seats and neither locked.
