Guaranteed delivery means nothing. If it doesn't deliver they will not refund you the amount you actually paid for the faster shipping. So it's not really guaranteed. It also takes 24 hours to get information on anything regarding order updates, because everything is made in China. There are 30 other places to buy from I would rather try those.

The proof came promptly and was accurate. After approval of the proof, shipping information was provided in the next few days. The product arrived exactly as expected!

I ordered a tablecloth with guaranteed Friday delivery for a business conference. Support assured me it would arrive on time. By Saturday, not only had it not arrived, but no one could tell me where it even was.

UPS wouldn’t allow me to change the delivery address, leaving me stuck, and I had already paid twice for a guaranteed service. When I contacted the company for reimbursement, they just pushed the blame onto UPS. But I didn’t pay UPS — I paid them.

This is misleading at best, and borderline a scam. Zero credibility, no accountability, and absolutely terrible service.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a tablecloth with guaranteed Monday delivery for a business conference. Spoke with support three days in a row and was assured each time it would arrive the next day. In reality, nothing was ever produced or shipped. By Thursday, we had no promo material for the conference, and their team was still clueless about what happened. Repeated false promises, zero accountability, and a complete failure to deliver.

I purchased a stretched spandex table cover, which arrived on time, but unfortunately, the product was incorrect. I was careful to check the sizing, it clearly stated it was for a standard 6 ft table and showed the typical dimensions of one. However, the cover did not fit properly.

When I reached out to the company, they asked for pictures, then followed up requesting more photos, videos, and very specific table measurements—details that were not listed on their website at the time of my purchase. After providing everything, they claimed the issue was due to one incorrect measurement.

We have a standard 6 ft folding table, the kind you can find at any major store. The company refused to take responsibility, even after we pointed out that the exact measurements they were now referencing had not been previously listed on their site. Interestingly (and concerningly), they later added those measurements to the product page…after denying our request for a replacement or refund.

This experience was deeply disappointing. A trustworthy company should own up to mistakes and make things right for their customers, not retroactively change product details and shift the blame. We will not be purchasing from them again, and we’ll be advising our friends, family, and business partners to look elsewhere.

Great CS! Although my order did not arrive on time due to courier delays, I was given a full refund on my shipping as I had bought Purchase Protection.

Total Scam. I never received my product. They ask you to provide a ssn and ein numbers on their customs form. They send the form request one day after their form deadline, then state due to late form submission, the order is shipped back to China. And they can't pay for the product return due to their small company size. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Buyer beware!!!!
