Second time Chinese seller is using Sunyou, second time package not arriving - my advice if seller ships via Sunyou, instantly cancel the order and buy the product from elsewhere

Both times they said package delivered - both times I did not get anything

After reading all the reviews I was very worried I would ever receive the item however it’s was very quickly delivered taking only a total of 13 days from china to Switzerland. Once it arrived in Switzerland it was delivered by dpd 10/10

Great stuff ordered direct from china to the United Kingdom in a matter of days, through 17 tracking and Evri,

Totally a scam. Never received my order from Aliexpress, and the shop kept saying that it was delivered. They even provided me a tracking number and a link to track the package from sypost.net
In the link it's even written 'Successfully signed', but I didn't even received any collection note in my mailbox.

I ordered 2 shipments from WISH shopping app which were LED Outdoor lights for my family in India. One arrived India in November and the other arrived in December. Upto date parcels not received by my family. Sent emails to Sunyou Logistics on their email address which was provided, sad to say they did not have the decency to even reply. Have been reading various reviews from buyers around the world, all have the same problem. The problem is shipments arrive the destination country but never delivered. I wonder if the shipments are forwarded at all. Bogus and fraud company is all I can say.

My parcel was sent with this logistic company. Company puts fake information into system. My post office, customs saying no any plane arrived from Malaysia. Try to ignore sellers who use this company as deliver company. Staff also cannot speak in English!

Never use this rubbish company. Purchased a Christmas tree with Ferris wheel, village ,train set etc as advertised on Facebook. Looked terrific for the price.
It arrived yesterday, approx 8 inches tall, a few crap decorations, and four glass balls, one broken. My heart sunk and the children's Christmas is ruined.

Don't believe anything you see with this company. I advise everyone to steer clear of this company, I'm sure it's a massive scam

This company uploads fake tracking info and items never arrive!
Do not order anything if shipped with Sunyou!!!

This is a scam company. If I knew I was ordering from China I was never going to order anyway. I was waiting one month for the item watching tracking on this scam site. finally after one month I claim via PayPal and the same day they stamp my order as delivered and signed for. Hahahah. Delivered but not to me. Stay away from this company. Is total crap, do not believe a second what they show you. Do not wait, immediately ask for your money back this is is a 100% scam

This company is hopeless and probably a scam. I ordered on line two chairs and eventually got an acknowledgement from jinjisale. If I had known the company was in China , I wouldnt have ordered. Neither company has contacted me and I am claiming via Pay Pal now.Here is my tracking number

It's now been 3 months since I initially placed the order. Took a few weeks for them to dispatch. Then from dispatch to pre-dispatch only started on 13th of April...

Countless emails to service @ aoloma.com of which I only got one response on how to track the package.

Now that package arrived in Portugal (interim stage 25th May) now the package sits in a black hole... still needs to be dispatched locally with a local courier and I cannot get service @ aoloma.com to give me which postal carrier, neither the new local tracking number... This is super frustating!

Never received the package, but the tracking status is “Delivered”, most probably this is a fake company, working with another faked company “showwark.com”.

I think this company allows sellers to pay them a small fee for a made up tracking. Makes no sense that so many people are not getting their packages.
I've waited 60 days and all my other packages from China have arrived waaay before the one shipped with this company. Horrible service, no way of reaching them and their website is really badly designed (crashes and not mobile friendly).

I have been waiting over 2 months for my deliveries, both jewellery items, and I am told have been in Australia for 60 days. This company have never responded to my request for information, and have not scanned the parcels in that entire period. I would suspect parcel theft is rife in this company, and they do not take responsibility.

Reliable. Received my delivery as expected.

Lies about location on tracking information. They say it is my country at international airport, thisis a lie. I have checked with customs, post officeand ALL package distribution companies in Norway, it is not here! I have no trust in this company and will bann suppliers using this company to transport their goods.

Just Say no found. No time for it or enything. Like thats not importent .. why??

Undelivered item. What more can I say. The item has not been delivered and its been more than two months.
