What can I say absolutely disgusting customer service and what a waste of time . Stay well clear of this company as they are full of rubbish and will not take any of your issues seriously. The worst experience I have ever had in my life.

The item has not been delivered, it is not possible to contact this company because the phone indicated in the contacts does not exist, but webpage is forwarded an infinite number of times to fake addresses. fraudsters

your item will show out for delivery but it was never delivered i advise to any person do not buy from this people the is no guarantee that you going to get your orders.

Отвратительно, заказ SYAET25069190 был оформлен в январе, обещана доставка в конце февраля. И это еще, все вроде ничего, что сейчас апрель, а заказ так и не доставили. НО как только вышли все сроки, появилось, сообщения что заказ доставлен и я якобы его получила. Это просто мошенничество. Благо без особого скандала удалось вернуть деньги.
Сейчас и со вторым заказам SYAET25070857, та же история неслуху не духу. были отравлены одновременно

Scammers. I have 2 packages which both "Arrived at Facility" and are stuck there (wherever facility is) for 2 months. S.h.i.t.t.y company.

Commande 137314509 (suivi SYZZ018415643) toujours pas reçu ce jour le 21 mars 2024.
Aucune information et aucun contact possible.

Total waste of time aparantly parcel sent back to seller no replacement no refund .seller hard to get response from both sun you and evri totaly useless.

Stuck on arrived at facility since the 20th of December, it's the 20th of January now. Shameful. Disgraceful.

The parcell never arrived in South Africa. When sending emails to Sunyou, no response from anyone. No customer service at all. Parcell had been in transit for almost 2 months . No progress on tracking number. Seems to be standing still and no one knows where package is. Not even Allleftlive. It's really poor and no one provides any form of feedback. I guess money and parcell is lost and or stolen

I have not yet received my order. tracking shows that it has left China on the 30 Sep(now 28 Oct) no update, no mail, no way to contact them, the tracking website gives an error all the time. the contact info on the website is incorrect. Suppliers should give consumers options to use reliable couriers!

Tracking status shown as Out for Delivery for a week now and nothing from them. Not even a mail or SMS about the delivery or if I have to collect from a KIOSK. Worst part, no response to my enquiry mail I wrote to their customer service.

Stating they delivered the large package, but nothing has been delivered. Signature requested was missing. Bad, bad company

The companies tracking information is misleading. Tracking number states delivered. However checking with local post office it has never even entered into their mail system. Been asked to wait as SunYou will state delivered when delivered to UK Post system.. not to the customers address. This makes opening dispute cases on aliexpress difficult as appears to have been delivered.

These guys should go to jail. So many evidenced and nobody does anything.

it's the 4th time I haven't received the parcels from them. they are scammers.
