Attending the Business Analyst training was one of the best decisions in my life! The knowledge i gained and the new concepts that i learned about were only possible because of Alok Sir. The list of skills that can be learned from him is long. I would like to thank Alok Sir and the team of Solutions sync for for giving me this opportunity!

2. Mentors such as Alok Bhatia are industry experts who are highly adept, precise and diligent themselves, traits that are inspiring for the mentees. He offers vast knowledge and experience on various domains that the aspiring BA’s should grasp.
3. Sync IT Learning documents every little communication, even the trivial ones for future references. This will enable you to witness your progress from the baseline date when you joined.
4. Mock sessions are salient feature that gives you insight on how other candidates are preparing themselves. You will learn by seeing the greatness and shortfalls of other candidates. It’s so transparent and clear!
5. Everyone is encouraged to attend mock sessions. It’s my individual perception that all the attendees are my team mates working towards similar goals.
6. I have not yet subscribed to PMP or SaFe Agile certifications with Sync IT learning, however based on the previous BA sessions, I can say they are highly beneficial for the candidates who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Alok Sir is best trainer one can have. Very professional but one thing I have noticed other than his professionalism he doesn't provide you professional guidance but also mental boost if you just in case feel like giving up. He is great teacher and mentor. Unfortunately I can give him 5 star if I would have more stars to give I would have given him 100 stars. I just finish my BA classes with him and I am very grateful to him for everything. Overall all team is so helpful and very much available whenever you need them

After getting a high recommendation from one of my friends, I was motivated to attend Alok Bhatia’s BA class. Before the class, my knowledge of the domain was miles away. In the beginning, It was difficult to formulate all the new terminology but Alok Bhatia’s deep understanding of the subject matter and his pedagogical skills help all candidates, to enhance their understanding of this new subject like a breeze. Alok, the PMP instructor, and the staff were awesome before, during and after my PMP classes with them. Before the classes started, the sales person was constantly in touch with me and providing information towards the start date. During the lecture, Alok was at the top of his game, knowledgeable and allowed instructor and students discussions. You can stop him, and say Alok, what is this and that... At the end of the classes, the staff were still in touch to know how I was feeling and still provided me with additional materials to gain more confident. The good news is I took my exam the first time and passed, all sections were above target. Thank you Guys.

It was a great experience learning with SyncIT Learning. Recently, I have taken training on SAFe Agile 5.1 from one of the faculty Smitha Sasidharan. Got a clear picture of what SAFe Agile is all about. Smitha is really an awesome mentor to take knowledge from.
