Paid over $3,000 for MedCerts and it was the worst experience. The program did not prepare me for the certification exam, and support was extremely disappointing. Communication with advisors Nicole and Anna was unhelpful and inconsistent, and I felt dismissed when raising concerns. Honestly, you’re better off buying study materials and registering for the certification directly through the curriculum/exam website instead of going through MedCerts. $3,000 is too much to pay upfront or over time for this level of service. Buyer beware—I regret enrolling and feel like I wasted my money.
