South West Optics Arvostelua

Fantastic offer on Hawke 8 x 42 APO. Very quick delivery but Royal Mail let everyone down by just leaving the parcel sitting by my front door.

Very frustrating to report that I could not get the APOs set up for my eyesight. It appears to be a personal problem as my wife and a neighbour had no problem.

South West Optics staff have been extremely helpful with advice and return/refund is going smoothly.

Brilliant service! Thank you!

Grear staff ,great knowlegde ,great product

Brilliant service would definitely shop there again

Accommodating and flexible staff providing knowledgeable and attentive service.

You would find it difficult to find a shop or online seller better than this one. One day from order to delivery.

super service. I only ordered a small relatively inexpensive item and it arrived next day. Many thanks.

Easy ordering, quick despatch and excellent packaging

Excellent service from the first moment.
Easy website to navigate, clear communication, swift processing and dispatch of my order, along with a competitive price to begin with.

Very easy to recommend this company.

Service excellent
Delivery on time

SW optics had a tripod that I had found hard to find. I placed the order, which was quickly confirmed and delivery soon followed.

Great price and speedy delivery, with a very professional service from Russell and Adrian - 5 stars 🌟

Great customer service. Spoke with one of their team at the national photography show in Birmingham as I was looking for a new tripod. Unfortunately they didn’t have one at the show that suited my needs but they did tell me about another model they had online. Ordered that night and was delivered a few days later. Great customer service and was kept up to date throughout the process

Russell spent time discussing my requirements and giving me a fee options. I came away very satisfied with my purchases. I will be back

Spoke to Russ regarding the purchase of a pair of Noctivid 10x25 ….
Not only was I given the specification , his own personal opinion but also we had a discussion of my intended use and expectations. All with absolutely no sales push. It genuinely appeared that Russ’s priority was getting me best for my requirements.
I made a purchase and the Noctivids were delivered within 24 hours !!!
A1 advice and 5 star service, well deserving of a 5 ***** review.
Thank you

Great service, albeit an online purchase but easy to navigate web shop, with decent prices and swift processing and delivery.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again in the future.

Great company very helpful with any questions about product I purchased, very fast delivery would highly recommend, would purchase in near future.

Quick prompt service

The scope and tripod package I was after was not available on their website and I was unsure about the tripod and head to buy. Russell rang me after I left a message, a sign he cared, not always the case these days. He was very knowledgeable which helped me decide, and put together the package at a good price. I was nervous spending so much with an organisation I had only discovered recently, but the ordering and the delivery was efficient and quick. I had not handled the tripod beforehand, yet I am very pleased to say it functions as well as Russell described. Very pleased.
