South West Optics Arvostelua

Very pleasant and knowledgeable sales representative who took time to show me a range of products.

I have been looking to buy some compact binoculars, and during my holiday in Brixham I happened to google suppliers in the area and was so lucky to find the perfect place: South West Optics (they popped up first on my Google search, which was awesome).
We were met at the door of a very swish and secure building by Russell, who couldn't have been more helpful.
As a complete novice, I was awash with information from the internet, and had written a pros and cons list for all the different makes of Binoculars that I was interested in, but was so confused. Russell produced a huge range of binoculars, from the cheapest right through to the luxury range, all of which were on my list, plus others, and he spent time talking me through each of them.
In the end, Russell realised that due to my personal issue with my balance, it called for a slightly different path, and he found me the Hawke Endurance ED 7x32. Although it is a little bigger and therefore a little heavier, they were perfect for me, and I was able to hold them steady, despite my wobbly legs! (I'm on crutches). I absolutely love them, and will be taking them with me wherever I go now.
Thank you Russell for your kindness and patience, helping a novice to find the perfect pair of binoculars ... I think this will be the start of something very exciting for me, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so approachable, very patient and incredibly knowledgable. A perfect find from the perfect supplier.

Neatly delivered in plenty of time. Order arrived undamaged which is important with expensive optics.

Adrian was very helpful and sensible about the right option for my circumstances.

Great service and excellent communication. Cheapest on the net with free next day delivery. Will deffo use again. Thank you mate

Very welcoming and helpful. I arrived at South West Optics unannounced as I was staying nearby on holiday. The showroom was in a secure building and I was guided to the sales area. I had previously viewed compact binoculars online - but wished to try them in my hands. Russell was very helpful and let me try the Swarovski and Leica ones I had been considering, plus Lieca's latest Noctovid. I was looking for a something very light, smooth focus, superb optics and overall quality but also suitable for a user wearing varifocal glasses. Russell let myself and my wife have a good 'play'with the various options along with trying outside. I already have a pair of Swarovski NL pure 8x32 and found the Swarovski Curio a perfect practical and quality addition. In use it is wonderfully light and easy to use. Thank you Russell.

Fast delivery and first class quality of product.

Excellent product and service.

Reassuring reviews so bought at a price significantly lower than competitors. Good comms, prompt delivery and no problems

Excellent service, delivered next day as promised, highly recommended.
Many thanks

Excellent service and quick delivery, as always

Great service at the warehouse, good advice and supplied exactly what I specified wanted in a Field Scope.

The great range of high quality optics available,
and the friendliness and expertise of the staff.

Amazing, really firend service, good information and a great conversation. Really happy with the product and the price.

Very helpful
Great experience overall

Ordered some binoculars that weren't right for me, returned them with great communication and then ordered hawke frontier apo 8x42 at a fantastic price, very pleased. Both deliveries arrived next day before 1pm.

Fantastic offer on Hawke 8 x 42 APO. Very quick delivery but Royal Mail let everyone down by just leaving the parcel sitting by my front door.

Very frustrating to report that I could not get the APOs set up for my eyesight. It appears to be a personal problem as my wife and a neighbour had no problem.

South West Optics staff have been extremely helpful with advice and return/refund is going smoothly.

Brilliant service! Thank you!
