Great customer service, and all round good service.

Katie and Laura were AMAZING!! We were having such a problem with our phone systems, and with their care and patience, guided us through so everything was working just as we wanted! Highly recommend these awesome peeps!

The customer service is excellent. We deal with Laura who is always very responsive, understands the (few) queries that we have, and is at pains to answer them fully. We are in the customer service business and the customer service we get from Liquid 11 is as good as I would expect to give our customers, and I can give no higher praise.

Porting a number over from TalkTalk was seamless, we were kept informed throughout the whole process and any queries since joining have been answered quickly and fully resolved.

I’ve had a few issues moving to Switchboard due to my previous supplier, but once I contacted customer service, they have always been able to deal with everything promptly. Guiding me step by step. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Be aware they charge for next month on cancellations.
Billing has no month mentioned - it seems all too shady.

Seemed easy, then you send forms that are not easy to fill in.

Not sure what is happening to my porting of my personal telephone number from Skype. I have had no contact from Switchboardfree since opening the account. I will a wait a little longer and if the transfer is not complete or the number has been lost then I will close this account

Update, my issue has been fully resolved to my complete satisfaction and I remain and continue to be a customer.

I’ve been with them over 2 years and it just keeps going up, complaining does nothing they just keep sending invoices and taking money. Replies take 3 days if at all. I cannot recommend and will ask my bank how to stop them taking money.

The actual terms of SwitchboardFREE are buried in the terms of service, they are not transparent. I originally understood we were entering a month trial service when until they deducted £13.10 from my card. I searched the website for a ways to cancel but none is provided - they now tell me you need to email them to cancel - again deliberately effusive. Despite not using the service - they deducted a second months payment of £32.10 which I dont understand at all! They did this despite my having already emailed my cancellation... It transpires SwitchboardFREE is anything but "FREE". I emailed them requesting a refund of this second charge but notably received no reply from them. I have subsequently reported this second charge to my bank as fraudulent activity - I could not recommend SwitchboardFREE.
