These are about as Swiss as fried rice and dumplings. Shipped from china (16 days shipping ) In utterly basic plain packaging and with an RRP full price on site at 60GBP. I paid less due to promotion and it was still too much. Had a full refund due to outrageous shipping delay but I’d have perused a refund over the very cheap strap in any event. Do not waste your money.

Good product, as advertised, good quality but very slow delivery although tracking works. Individually shipped from China so shocking carbon footprint, nothing to do with Switzerland in any way, they need to say that on the order page. Won’t order again due to delivery process and time.

Initially charged and item was not delivered. Still not been refunded.

Replaced the order and it has not been delivered yet (over a week).

Dropshipping Website that copies other companies content. They dont respond in the DM or email, SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE

Got my strap after 5 weeks. Came through with Canada post so it was completely tracked and safely placed into my mail box. I do have to say, I found the Aliexpress (hard to find on the website) that sells these straps. Exact same for 1/7 of the price. Robbed by this drop shipping company but you do get the strap. Emailed them and no reply

Going to be a great Christmas 🎄 present

This an update on my previous review, I received my package today and I you like to thank the customer service team for tracking down my delivery and keep me updated this morning with the delivery details,

Delivery was taking way too long - when I asked about it, they didn’t seem bothered and told me about a discount code that everyone could get anyway. I won’t use them again.

can't review product as it still hasn't left China according to the tracking. What I can say is the delivery process is far too slow and that should be made clear when ordering.

The straps for the Moonswatch are very good, they are a nice quality and fit well. Delivery took much longer than I expected, but Customer Service was excellent

I purchase a band 20 days ago and I don’t receive anything until today not even a tracking number probably I lose my money.

Good customer service. My strap failed immediately. I may have received a warranty that found it's way back into inventory. In any regard, I was sent a replacement that has been working great. I'm very pleased.

Wrong strap sent. Customer service has now been in contact and has resent the correct strap. Will update when received.

I still don’t have them 10 days later!!! Tracker not working,

Quality of product is excellent, just took a bit longer than expected to arrive.
