Swisslinkstraps Arvostelua 

Ordered a strap on 22 January. It was apparently sent to a drop off location, but after going on three separate occasions, it was not there. I emailed Swiss Link Straps after the first time, but they never bothered responding. The non-existent strap has now apparently been picked up from the drop off location and sent back to the sender. No communication from the company or the courier. Definitely would not use them again and will be seeking a refund.

Awful quality - watch strap split after the very first wear so is now unwearable. Have sent an email but never received a reply.

Its been 18 days since my order. They have not even shipped the item yet. No tracking number has been provided. 15 days after the order i received an email asking me how I am enjoying my new strap. I replied to that email asking about the shipping status and there is no response. I wish i had checked TP reviews before placing an order with these guys.

I purchased two watch straps from this company. One of them failed after very limited use. It has been worn no more than five times and the buckle split/broke when I put it on to wear out.

I contacted the company with photos and asked for a replacement or refund. I have chased several times and received no response at all.

The issue is not just the quality of the strap, but the complete lack of customer service afterwards. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Great choice of designs, very easy to fit once arrived.

I was sent the wrong coloured strap. Emailed them to get it replaced on 21 December 2025 and as of 9 January 2026 am yet to receive a reply. Have chased them up several times in a manner of ways but have not received a reply.

The website 'Contact Us' page actually says "If you need to contact us with questions, feedback or a suggestion, please send an email to hello@" and doesn't even provide a proper email address.

I agree that the website is misleading about the firm being a British company but the products clearly coming from China.

Avoid.

Order never arrived, no response from customer services

It's been 19 days and still no strap. I have messaged them around 8 times and no response. I feel this is a Scam and I will never see the strap I advise anyone to stay away from Swiss link straps. poor customer service or should I say no customer service at all. I checked their address they give on their web site. It's called Poole Bay garden rooms that sell bespoke modular panel system rooms and offices.

Made an order, which I did not receive, tried to contact them via email multiple times, no response, I have now been in contact with my bank to dispute the charge.
Very disappointed!

Eventually when the straps arrived, I thought they looked good quality for the cost, even though delivery was slow.
I’m sorry to say that both straps could not be put on my omega seamaster 42 mm the tolerances must be out on the strap spring bar holes. I could get both straps to sit neatly to the watch but when adding the spring bars they would not line up with the hole properly. This was the same for both straps. I then went and got my OEM black rubber strap and fitted that on and off a few time no problem with different spring bars. I have tried both the straps again and have the same issue. I cannot recommend these straps they just don’t fit.
Won’t be ordering from them again and probably won’t see any offer of refund.

Ordered a 22mm white strap for my dive watch, they sent me the 24mm which doesn’t fit. Emailed them twice now and had zero response from them. £32 down the drain should have used PayPal. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive as well as didn’t reload was coming from china. Avoid!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered from Swiss Strap Links by mistake and immediately emailed to cancel — but was completely ignored until the parcel was already shipped. Only then did I get a reply, once the item was en route. When I asked for a return-to-sender, they demanded I pay a return fee, despite the fact I’d sent four separate cancellation emails before shipping.

Now the wrong item has arrived — and I’ve emailed again to start the return process. But after seven days, silence. No reply, no acknowledgement, nothing.

To make matters worse: the product is obviously fake. It’s so far removed from what was advertised that I had to dispute the charge through my card provider — and got my money back that way.

This company is not just unprofessional — it’s completely unreliable, unresponsive, and doesn’t care whether you ever get what you ordered (or even a refund).

Do yourself a favour: stay far away from Swiss Strap Links.

I've never been so disappointed as with a company as this nobody cares i think I've lost my money talked to shop talked to Swiss links 3 times each no reply I'll never use either of them again 😔 be careful out there i think I've been stung

Do not bother ordering, not UK based, sent the wrong strap and zero response to contact requests, they have no customer service and no recourse. Save your money

Strap is children size. I’m on the second to last pin hole and I’m by no means fat or big wristed. Spacing of pin holes to far apart so can’t fit comfortably
No communication from seller
Avoid and buy elsewhere

You sent me the wrong color. I have tried repeatedly to correct the issue and you ghosted me.

Product quality appears great online. In reality its the same as what you would buy on amazon for £10, packaging is terrible and took 2-3 weeks to deliver. In addition the website says to return email info@ for the return address but after 3 emails and several messages to their website i have received nothing.

This company are breaching marketing guidelines as they state that you will receive an item within days from the UK, which is totally incorrect as they take weeks from China, then only for the item NOT to be as advertised as all you get is a cheap fake which you would get better quality on Shein,
I have tried to contact the company on multiple occasions to ask how I can return the item as per their returns policy on their website, and yes as you’ve guessed they’ve not replied!!!
