A very easy transaction. I’ve bought from Swiss Horology in the past and this sale to them was my first one, but was just as easy. The watch was collected from my workplace, assessed at their workshop and the money was in the bank before I got home. Thoroughly recommended.

I cannot fault my watch buying experience. I was able to view the watches at home even in the evening and felt no pressure to purchase. Our communication, through the purchase process, was prompt and clear and this helped to instil confidence in me as I hadn't ever purchased a watch via this route nor, to be fair, ever spent so much on one !
