The website and description of the…

The website and description of the watch were clear and accurate. Once confirmation of payment was received, I was given regular updates regarding delivery. Within minutes of receiving notification from DHL of delivery, I received a call from Swiss Horology to check that everything was in order.
Overall a very good service.

Great communication

Great communication, even hand delivered my watch to me as I had missed the deadline for next day delivery.
