Swingi is Super fraud scammer. They made refund of my booking on 31-12-2019. But they again withdraw the same amount from my account on 23-1-2020.

Swingi please return my amount my is now minus amount what is this

Hi.. anybody here refund their money already? Because until now the swingi did not refund my money. Please let know because i always called wego and they said just wait and send report to the supportwego.com i reported this also to the bank, Thank u.

They are thieves they didn't book me the tickets but they withdraw the sum of money of the ticket dated 29 November when I asked them for the refund they refunded me on 26 December 2019 but they deducted the money again on 8th January 2020

I booked an airline ticket for 1534 Saudi riyals on your site, but when going to the airport I found the ticket is incorrect and so far I have not received my money back because you are really a site for people's money fraud

أنكم حقا موقع للأحتال والسرقة والنصب وأخذ أموال الناس بالباطل

i was booked my Ticket on 27th Nov-2019, when i was requested my E-Ticket received mail as below.

Dear user,
We have checked details. It seems while booking system was down and booking got failed. Full refund has been initiated and amount will be credited back into your account from 7 to 21 working days.

i was following since many days. but no response from this site. yes really its very bad travel agency and Scam site.
on one of web page they give contact number and address but this also not working +971552432404. Please any one from Dubai if possible try to visit this address, and help us i am in Saudi Arabia-Riyadh.+966535243731

2138. Sr still not.refund its debited 2 times in my account please.anyone give me swingi.com customers details so I can contact them I have booked tickets on 28.NOV.2019 still not refund my amount. They send paytabs transactions details but still not received

I booked my ticket thru Swingi.com dated Nov 6, 2019 and the payment has been done. My flight is tomorrow. When I'm trying to check in online, I found that it was invalid and not confirmed.

How can I contact Swingi to get my refund? They're not answering in any emails and calls.

I thought everything is Okay after receiving my refund last Dec 24, 2019 for my Nov 13, 2019 booking. but upon checking my statement SWINGI again debited the same amount just 2 days back (Jan 7, 2020), I called my bank and they advised me to block my card to avoid another Fraud Transaction.

I tried contacting them but unreachable, emailed them and their only response is "We have received your message and would like to thank you for writing to us. If your inquiry is urgent, please use our contact number to talk to our customer supporting team. Otherwise, we will reply by email as soon as possible. Thank you." I asked their number but not reply.

i got refund on 5th dec 2019 for booking made on 29th nov 2019. as per credit card customer agent, swingi again debited the amount on 24th dec 2019 by themselves and credited back on 29th dec 2019.
today on 8th jan 2020, i saw the amount is debited again.

when i contact my credit card dept, they suggested to block the card to avoid further misuse by swingi.

waiting for refund from the fraud swindi.

I booked a ticket from wego through Swingi.com for me and my wife and they cancelled and didn’t give any refund i mailed wego and swingi both several times but not even get one reply from both, very disappointed and will tell you all pls don’t tust wego and swingi both are lairs and cheaters, i am requesting the authorities here in UAE to banned them, so innocent people will not be looted from these kind of thieves :(

يا جماعة الخير انا عملت حجز بتاريخ 28/11/2019 ولم يتم اصدار التذكرة وتم مراسلتكم اكثر من مرة وبعد 10 ايام تم الرد بانه اقوم بعمل حجز اخر وسوف يتم ايداع المبلغ بحسابي في خلال 14-21 يوم عمل وذلك لوجود مشكلة تقنية لديكم . وبالفعل تم ارجاع المبلغ 768 ريال بحسابي يوم 24/12/2019 ولكن فوجئت انه تم خصم المبلغ مره اخرى بتاريخ 07/01/2020 . لماذا تم الخصم ؟؟؟؟ ارجو الافاده

Same thing happened to me.kindly lodge complaint to your credit card company . It will be refunded.

Thief company. All what happened to you is happened to me also but more and when I refunded they return use my credit card and deduct the same previous amount after a while.
