THEY ARE BIG CHEATER BE ALERT THEY ARE BIG HARAMI GROUP I HAVE COMPLAINED AGAINST THEM IN DUBAI

If there is less than 1/4 star i would rate this fraud which its name is SWINGI LLC .
To give u positive energy , my money was back finally and i blocked my card .
Steps to Return my money , i did everything which is possible at the end i got my money back .
The following steps is not respectively :

1- Report to Dubai online crime and open a file .
2- Report to your financial issuer ( your bank ) open a case as international fraud ( withdraw from ur card without your knowledge or authority )
3- Report to the organization which had authority on your bank to follow with them if they are not responding or not supporting
4- Report to Visa , first i open a file at visa.com @ usa then they forward my case to middle east then it comes back to my bank .. ( but i did it to block transferring the amount must be before 30 days of the transaction )
5- contact Wego to prove by email that swingi didnt provide the online service , bank ask for this! Useless but Wego respond to me .
6- Hope

Same as with others I also lost 3862 dirhams ,charged again and following the bank from last 5 months not received my money yet .

The responsibility is to wego .why they allow these fraudsters.

Anybody got it in Dubai please let me know the procedure

Super Fraud!

I have been chasing my bank since January for the fraud money but haven't received it yet. Has anyone received money back from their bank? is anyone interested to file a police complaint against them?

Fake website, I lost SR2800/- till now no clue of returning money.
I used through WEGO, WEGO should also held responsible of it.

Worst worst travel agency I never seen before like a swingi.... Super fraud website... Don't book any tickets. I booked ticket and I lost my money 1500aed still not refunded.

Those who have been lucky to get the money back shouldn't ride high and must immediately block their credit cards.

SWINGI has all your information and will definitely loot you again any time soon without you being aware.

They are not based in UAE and all details are fake. Please be ware

swingi is very bad experience . now i mailed wego also no supporting us . what do to ??/?????????????

I have booked tickets on 28th Nov 19, No Confirmation mail.But amount has been deducted. Once contacted informed due to technical issue not booked but amount will be refunded in 21 working days. Since 2 months over but amount not credited and no response.

When will i receive my amount.

Same problem as other reviews they took 3311.59 SAR then refund then took it again from my card and i asked my bank to contact with VISA company to refund my money but bank refused several times.
Update in 26 April 2020
After my review here i sent my issue to SAMA (saudi Arabian monetary Authority) they asked my bank to contact VISA company to refund the 3311.59 SAR and already refunded to my account today so plz make a complaint to SAMA

. anybody here refund their money already? Because until now the swingi did not refund my money. Please let know because i always called wego and they said just wait and send report to the supportwego.com i reported this also to the bank, Thank u.

Swingi is Super fraud scammer. They made refund of my booking on 30-11-2019. But they again withdraw the same amount from my account on 13-12-2019

Swingi please return my amount my is now minus amount what is this
