Went to go to another company to have my water tested but once again they were closed before their closing time!!! But I'm happy they were as the service was better and information given was fantastic, I have now found my new pool shop for chemicals and water testing (free testing) and will be calling them next week in regards to the pool heater that we discussed today. Great service, informative chat and all with a smile. Thank you soon much for being g open as per your shop hours, you now have a new customer

Up until I received your invoice I was very happy with your service ; however when you treat me like one of your bad payers I am offended.
My record shows I pay on the day if you know the amount - sending a demand ' pay within 24 hours ' with my record of paying then that tells me there is little communication between your accounts dept and the good people on the front line. Swimart needs to do some work on fixing this problem.

The worst experience of my life, was called a liar by staff, proved incorrect, staff member who lied stated he was away for three weeks so couldn’t have served me when I stated he did. I asked him to open written diary which showed my name and date. Liar.
I’m still yet to receive my pool cover which at second attempt was promised within 7 days.
Tweed heads shop is ludicrous.
I still don’t have cover.
I’m ropeable.
My advice is either retract franchise or replace current staff.
A call about my pool cover would be nice.

I own Australia’s largest pool heater/pump company and there is no doubt a reason you are not an authorised distributor.
