Dreadful communications. To call Cardiff sore there is no direct number, you need to call the 1800 number, then you have to select from 3 Qld regions, NSW/Act. Then once you select NSW, you need to select 1 for local store then select Cardiff from the options.Then on 2 out 4 times it was answered by a central office who asks what store and what help I need. She said on both occasions that she would try to to contact, no answer so she said she would message Cardiff store to call me and I finally received callback 2days later. I told the guy that I had already sorted the issue. Ridiculous process. I will use a different pool shop from now on

Placed and paid for order on 30th sept $249....no products received and company won't respond to me only proof of order I have is credit card statement ....are these people scammers or what

I had multiple queries, which were answered in a timely manner. Once I placed my order, the item arrived very quickly.

I placed an order on 27 Dec (more than 5 weeks ago) for 2 items shown as “in stock”. They haven’t arrived, and tracking says they haven’t even been shipped, although I have received multiple invitations to sign up and pay more for an extended warranty. Still no response to email request for information on 16 Jan. If it’s not in stock, please just say so and give the buyer an ETA.

I have been trying to get a response from this company in regards to an order I have placed more than a week ago. No response to any email or phone calls being picked up. Does anyone else have a similar experience? Is this company real or are they a scam?

Ordered my equipment, it was delayed as it needed to be ordered from the upstream supplier. In the interim - i threw them a curve ball by wanting to add more items to my order. They were separately paid for but shipped together. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional. Well done team!

Quick turnaround of service and helpful links provided also. Excellent service, have used before and will use again.

Despite ordering and paying in advance for the item more than 3 weeks ago, we have still yet to receive the goods! The staff at the Cardiff store don't seem to know what is happening. Very disappointed.

Lack off communication as to when the pool was turning up

The product was delivered as ordered which was great, but unfortunately it took more than a month.
Unfortunately this company just lies about having the stock on shelves and about it being delivered fast. The don't have any stock they have to order from other suppliers and then send to you. Just be honest you will still get customers, in fact you will keep the customers. Remember you can only rip people off once.

DPS staff were very helpful in my problem and a very honest company to deal with - can’t recommend them highly enough.
