The staff at Swimart Taringa are fabulous. Very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Ray, the service manager went out of his way to advise us with our pool problems & the guys always come on time & as quickly as possible.

Webshop looks Nice but you don’t get the Products

Have been using taringa swim mart for 6mths and had been v happy with the team but after cleaning today, they left possum poo, bugs and leaves thruout pool. I contacted the technician and asked him to return as I thought he actually hadn’t cleaned the pool. I thought I was being kind by not contacting the owner directly. The technician returned grudgingly and did a cursory sweep with the net avoiding collecting any poo or the multitude of bugs around the edges. I was inside and he left without any comment. I then contacted the store and spoke to the owner and tried to voice my concerns, she didn’t ask as to why I was concerned or even apologise at all. I said I would like to cancel my monthly service as a result and she said “fine” and hung up 😂 Such Incredibly poor customer service I was almost stunned! I have never written a review or complained before but was so disappointed with technician’s lack of care or owners concern that I wanted to put something online.

Good team. Identified my problem. Sent 2 guys over promptly and fixed it. Just good service.

A post winter pool water check last week was a positive experience.
I love the new test report sheet with percentages and clearly labeled indicator of where my pool is and where it should be!
The instructions are listed in the order that they need to be actioned, and exactly how to do that. I guess the old one did this to a certain extent but this is much better!
