They'd rather chat than sell stuff

I was there this afternoon and there was one other customer in the store and four staff. Three of the staff were behind the counter chatting with the other customer. The fourth staff member, a very young chap, was unable to help me.
So I went over to the counter and courteously drew the attention of the youngest of the three remaining staff still chatting to the other customer. He too was unable to help me and returned to the conversation that was taking place at the counter.
I stood there for some minutes a metre or two behind the customer who had enthralled the newly reinforced team of three behind the counter. It should have been obvious that I was waiting for some service.
But alas, no service came.
So I left and ordered my parts online. That's what I'll do next time too.

Ontime and friendly

Ontime and friendly - very detailed and helpful with our pool. Hoping to have future help and assistance to pool car and maintenance.
Recommend their Service.

Account error

sent email after receiving bill the bill had error on it rang phone no answer and was unable to leave message
I paid the service call but would like to find out why the cost was 125 was never given a price at time
