This is a brilliant service! I needed valuations for probate purpose (a family member) and using the Swift Values online process for me was; easy, quick, cost effective and gave me peace of mind with the HMRC compliant reports.

I was a bit worried about an online valuation as I am not good with technology. However, I had a quick and friendly response to a query and viewed the video. This combined with the service being a lot cheaper than an in-person valuation convinced me to try it. It was very easy, very quick and much less bother than having to arrange a viewing.

Swift Values has been much more than helpful; they were kind,sympathetic and understanding at a difficult time. In addition, they helped me through my technical difficulties with photos. I have no hesitation in recommending them and their service which is quick, efficient and well-priced. Thank you again Katy for all your assistance.

I knew Dad's house contents would have little probate value but needed an HMRC-compliant valuation, Swift Values provided this from some basic photographs within just a few hours! I think the cost was very reasonable for the peace of mind of having an official report to submit with probate application. A good service, thank you.

Overall process took less than an hour to fill in the form and take and load up pictures. Valuation came in in less than a day.

The report arrived in less than 24 hours, and the valuer took the time to call me to explain the values and how they'd been determined. We won't know for a while how HMRC will react, but the valuer convinced me that the values are defensible. And the online valuation cost less than one-third of what a site visit would have cost.

Swift Values responded with a helpful report within one working day. In their covering email they offered to assist with any further queries, which they proceeded to do, again promptly and helpfully.
