If you have a pest problem then these people know everything you need to know and act fast. No messing, no fluff, they get the job done. Everything about the company is brilliant. Mark attended swiftly following my call, he is obviously an expert in pestcontrol and really put my mind at rest. He assured me that the problem would be sorted and clearly explained next steps. He was clear about the cost and there were no hidden extras.
Even though bait had to be used,it was used with absolute safety, and Mark listened and dealt with all concerns that I had.
We are now pest free and I highly recommend this company.

I can't recommend this company enough. Dave came out to help with a rat issue and was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and just a genuinely lovely man. What stood out most was his honesty, he only ever advised on what was actually needed rather than what would make the company the most money. It's rare to find that level of integrity. What a great service, Michael was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He ensured our dogs wouldn’t be exposed to any of the poisons and the rats were completely gone after 10 days. He also advised how to prevent their return. Would 100% recommend.

Paul and Brandon visited for a rodent problem, the knowledge they talked about and experience they used to contain the rodents was amazing. These guys really get into the habits and psychology of the rodent to ensure the problem is eradicated.

We contacted Old Bills Pest Control after discovering a wasp nest in our garden, and they were absolutely excellent from start to finish.
They responded quickly, arrived on time, and explained clearly what needed to be done. The treatment was carried out professionally and safely, and the nest was dealt with efficiently. I have worked with old bills for many years undertaking CCTV drainage investigations to ascertain how rats are entering customers properties when there is no obvious external points of entry. Its great that their engineers offer this service to their clients rather than just keep taking money for repeated treatment, I always recommend them to friends and family as I know the high standards adhere to.
