Total waste of time and money
They did nothing other than type information I provided onto the Land Registry form. I've had to separately pay solicitors to expidite the transfer at further expense to me and my family. They are a total waste of time and money!

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m sorry to hear how disappointed you feel. It’s concerning that you believe our service was reduced to merely transferring your own information, leading to additional costs and hassles for you. We would be happy to clarify and talk through any issues you had.
We strive to deliver efficient and valuable service, so this falls short of our expectations. Could you please provide your case reference or more details via direct message or to admin@swiftpropertytransfers.co.uk, We’d like to review what happened and explore how we can make this right for you or offer a suitable resolution.
Thank you for your patience and feedback.

Dear Mr Fieldhouse,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry for the delay in responding to your concerns. We always aim to reply to customer enquiries within 24 to 48 hours, but on this occasion, due to the timing of your enquiry over a weekend, our response fell slightly outside of this timeframe. We apologise for any frustration this may have caused.
To clarify, we have provided you with a copy of the call recording for your reference. During the call, you gave your verbal consent to proceed after being fully informed of our terms, including our cancellation and refund policy. This was later confirmed in writing, where you agreed that once your appointment had been completed and the requested documents prepared and sent, our service would be fulfilled and no refund would be due.
We completely understand that you are currently facing financial difficulties, and we genuinely sympathise. However, our team dedicated time and care to preparing your documents, which were delivered as agreed and in line with both your consent and our published terms and conditions.
We’ve also reached out to you via email and are awaiting your response. We remain open to further discussion and are more than willing to work towards a resolution.
Thank you again for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for any distress this situation has caused and remain here to help in any way we can.
Kind regards,
Client Care Team
