Smooth and expert service
Quick response from Alisha with supporting information by a phonecall. I was passed on to a solicitor (Kin) for an appointment, who dealt with the matter expertly and efficiently. Documents I needed to complete were emailed to me during the appointment and explained. Top service!

Definitely not Swift Property Transfer
I’m genuinely surprised this company has such a high rating. They offered me £10 for a good review! No to this as I need to provide genuine feedback on my experience!
Their homepage flips between “Land Registry Form Filling services” and “Transfer of Ownership services,” during different time period (when I revised this review comment today it shows only “Land Registry Form Filling Services). I was quoted over £550 which made me think I’d receive a full legal property transfer. Instead, they just filled out basic forms —no legal advice, no conveyancing. You then need to pay ID check and submit the form yourself. Once forms are filled all is done.
It’s not Swift Property Transfers—it’s “Swift Form Filling.” Misleading and overpriced.
My response to the latest reply from them:
It is totally disgusting for not admitting that they offered me £10 for providing a positive review comment!
Also on the service, when I discussed with them about the service, its homepage showed that “Transfer of the ownership services” (I have grabbed the screenshot on the day) instead of Form filling services recently.
My experience is I suggest before you proceed with this service, read the other 1 star comments and, if you truly want a proper service for your title registration, seek out a qualified conveyancer (it will save your time and money overall) rather than relying on a pure form-filling service.
I have now deleted the other review since I have merged the comments together with this one.

Dear Zoe,
We must address your comments directly. Firstly, your allegation that we offered £10 for a positive review is entirely false. We have never incentivised positive reviews, and to suggest otherwise is misleading.
We also note that you have now posted multiple reviews against us within the space of two weeks, repeating similar claims. Trustpilot’s own guidance is clear that posting duplicate or repeated reviews is not permitted, as it can mislead other consumers and distort the ratings of a business.
For clarity to readers:
We are not a conveyancing firm and have never claimed to be. Our service is clearly described as Land Registry document preparation and form-filling.
Our pricing is transparent and set out before any order is placed.
Search engine text snippets are generated automatically and can display outdated wording. Our website and client order forms remain the definitive and accurate description of our services.
Our team are trained document specialists who ensure accuracy with HM Land Registry processes — this is not legal advice, but it does provide value for customers who want to avoid errors and delays.
While we regret that you feel dissatisfied, posting repeated negative reviews and making unfounded allegations does not reflect our business practices or the experience of the large majority of our clients. We process hundreds of successful applications every month, and our reputation is built on transparency and efficiency.

Had my initial call with Alisha (I hope I've spelled that right) today. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through what to expect from the process and answered any questions I had. She reassured me that she would be able to answer any further queries and took out the stress of what feels like an overwhelming process.

Very friendly and straightforward answers to questions. There was none of the obscurification you can often encounter when talking to solicitors or law firms who try to make it sound more complicated than it is. What we needed was a straightforward process - and the service and price matched accordingly.
