I ordered a couple of cake jars and while the customer service was good at first I was quite disappointed later on.
The jars arrived and didn't look like the pictures online at all, very smooshed and not really appetising to look at, and the flavours were disappointing too. The cake itself didn't have a taste at all, the buttercream was grainy and the caramel tasted very citrusy and odd.
I did reach out with my concerns but the only answers I got were basically denying any responsibility for the look of the products and my overall experience, which was very disappointing.
Don't know if I caught you in a bad week, but after this experience I can definitely not recommend ordering from Sweettalk as far as the cake jars are concerned.

A delicious product, beautifully packaged, and the process was so easy to spoil a sister who lives far away 😊 The delivery is reliant on the local postal service which is something to keep in mind when placing your order. I had some questions that were all covered in the FAQ page on the website but when I emailed them through I got a very prompt, helpful reply. Excellent service and a quality product.

The jars are such awesome gifts for people. Great taste and colours.

I ordered the pineapple lumps limited edition cake in the jar and enjoyed every bit of it. It was yummy , chocolatey and it had texture and definitely worth the money. I for sure will be back again soon to purchase a different flavour next.

Yummy cake. Bought this cake for my baby’s 3rd month, and we all love the cake. Not too sweet. And you can smell the burnt marshmallow toppers. I love the chocolate fillings. They’re best consumed when refrigerated. I was a bit late when I arrived to pick up my order, doors are already halfway closed, seems like im the last costumer but the seller was so kind to accommodate me. I hope they offered discount for first time buyers like me. And thumbs up for the AFTERPAYY!! 🥳🥳

Delivery and service was great - the taste was not in my opinion.

I had read great reviews and had super high hopes but I have to say not worth the fuss or cost.

Wrote a note on my order for the receiver and this wasnt sent with the goods. Better luck next time

Looking for a cake last minute and on afterpay (hehe) I found this place. Although I was wanting to decorate my own, and make my own - time was of the essence and booking with them and taking a chance on a cake with a no decorations option, flavor vanilla and strawberry with white chocolate IT WAS A WINNER! I think it's so cool you can buy a cake that is deliciously good and on point with their butter cream. I'm not one for alot of buttercream but this was a masterpiece. Taste to the pretty blush colour I chose, it looked delicate and pretty and damn what a great flavoring sponge! It was more an adult flavor cake then for the kids (they prefer chocolate lol) but definetly I had many compliments of how good it was. Will be getting another form yous again forsure. :)

I purchased these for my family who had just suffered a loss of a family member. I thought it would be a nice pick me up and treat they could have in the evening, when all the family was meeting together. The family loved the taste and thoroughly enjoyed them!!
