Ordered the largest size carrot cake (with caramel sauce topping!) for a 60th birthday party. From start to finish my experience with SweetTalk was exceptional. Easy ordering system, cake ready on time, easy parking outside, cake looked fabulous, and tasted even better! Dense, moist, full of flavour and texture with an icing and topping extraordinaire. Got so many rave comments from all the guests. Will DEFINITELY order again! Thank you so much.

We couldn’t be more delighted and satisfied with the 2 cakes we ordered to celebrate 2 family birthdays this week. Without doubt the best gluten free cake we’ve ever ordered~~ lemon and raspberry. The cream and caramel layers in the chocolate espresso cake was irresistibly delicious. Great communication and pick up arrangements. I’ll be ordering again👍🏻

My sister ordered some of these for me, as a get well soon treat…..i never received them. I was home the whole day, and never heard a peep from the apt. Buzzer. My sister emailed to see what had happened only to be brushed off that the courier had delivered…..that the courier had buzzed and someone came and collected the order….this person was not me. And so my sister is out of pocket for an order than was delivered to someone else? And Sweet talk is like, oh well, please don’t order from us anymore!!! What the?? Wow, that’s some great customer service right there!!!
Terrible service, terrible communication, can’t say about the cakes, someone else is eating them!

Packaging was amazing, but had too much paper inside.

I ordered the cake jar variety pack and chose: red velvet, smores, salted caramel and lemon+raspberry flavour. I received the other three except for the red velvet one which was replaced with something else and the jar did not have any label on it. Ended up not eating this.

I did not receive an email or not in the box explaining why they changed my order

I had placed an order and accidentally confirmed it with the wrong order date so I contacted them via email to see if it can be sent out earlier. They quickly jumped on it and gave me the option to send it out the next day which was great! Very happy customer with the end results and got great feedback from my friend who the order was for. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the order was sent without the card with the note I had asked to include with it. My friend had to ask around to find out who it was from but other than that, you guys are great xx
