We had a wonderful stay with Sweett and would happily recommend them. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious, and in a great location, making it perfect for our family.

What really stood out was the customer service. Whenever we had a small issue, the support team responded quickly and resolved it professionally. They were always friendly, easy to reach, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.

Although we experienced a technical issue with the building gate on our departure morning, Sweett handled the situation seriously, apologized, and provided fair compensation. That level of accountability says a lot about the company.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Great accommodation, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay with Sweett again.

The location was great, the studio we stayed in was spotless, cleaning was done daily ...Communication is flawless through the dedicated site so I would highly recommend Sweett if you are planning a trip to Brussels.

The staff provided all the help we could ask for during our stay, especially for my travel with my family who can barely speak any English nor French. On the top of that, the facility is very much functional, and the location is excellent with access by the metro. Highly recommended.

Great location in Batignolles in Paris, close to Montmartre. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff very kind. Having a luggage storage service available was great to be able to enjoy my last day before flying. Great stay and value. Warmly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Paris. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, cafés, and many of the city's main attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay.It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Réservation effectuée sur Airbnb auprès de Sweett pour un séjour de 10 jours à Bruxelles, confirmée depuis plus de deux mois.

4 semaines avant le départ, je reçois un message m'expliquant qu'un prétendu changement de réglementation empêcherait désormais cet appartement d'être loué pour des séjours de moins de trois mois. Malgré mes recherches, je n'ai trouvé aucune information publique corroborant cette explication.

La seule solution proposée ? Un autre appartement... avec plus de 200 € de supplément.

Devant mon refus de payer davantage pour un problème qui ne m'était absolument pas imputable, et mon insistance à demander la référence de l'arrêté de la ville de Bruxelles : on ne prend même pas la peine de me répondre, et Sweett a tout simplement annulé la réservation.

Résultat : à quelques semaines des vacances, nous avons dû repartir de zéro pour trouver un nouvel hébergement, avec tout le stress et l'incertitude que cela implique.

Qu'il s'agisse d'un véritable problème réglementaire ou d'une difficulté propre à leur gestion, cela ne change rien du point de vue du client : une réservation confirmée depuis plus de deux mois n'a pas été honorée, et la seule alternative consistait à payer plus cher.

J'ai finalement trouvé un autre logement, mais cette expérience m'a fait perdre toute confiance en Sweett. Pour une entreprise qui se présente comme un hébergeur professionnel, ou une "conciergerie de luxe", elle offre une gestion profondément décevante et un manque total de fiabilité. Je ne réserverai plus chez eux.

Después de venir de Disneyland, estuvimos dos días en Paris con toda la familia y nos alojamos en estos apartamentos Sweett Casanova, nada mas entrar a todos nos encantó, el apartamento tenia una presencia impecable, estaba totalmente reformado, se encontraba muy limpio, era muy cómodo, tenia vajilla, tenia todos los electrodomésticos y sillas para todos, las camas eran muy cómodas.
La ubicación era perfecta en todo el centro, tenia supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca, el metro y los autobuses turísticos a tres minutos andando.
Salimos encantando y por mi parte son muy recomendables.

Do not book through them! Booked 3 apartments through them and they cancelled two last minute as they clearly lost the listing from the owner and was given to a different company.

Then 2 months after I was meant to stay there took money out of my account after they confirmed in writing that all three bookings had been cancelled!! Still waiting for my money to be refunded

TERRIBLE COMPANY

The location was excellent. The rooms were super clean, architecture was impressive and the air conditioning was superb particularly with the heat wave at the time of my visit

From the booking to the checking in, everything was so smooth and easy, especially with the app. The reception was very kind and accommodating for our family of 4 when we arrived earlier than expected, kudos to the ladies at the desk! The apartment was lovely with everything working as it is, and fully equipped. Most importantly, AC in the summer heat! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The rooms were beautiful and modern.We had a studio room, and absolutely loved it. There was a heat wave in paris when we were there, but you couldn’t tell at all with how good the ac was. Also ice cold water at the desk when you first walk in. Super close to the Eiffel tower we walked there all throughout our stay. And also a supermarket just down the road. Will be returning couldn’t recommend more!!

O was there 3 times. Always I will stay there . All the rooms are amazing. Cleaned, nice furniture, the bed is so confortabile.
