Lovely little hotel in wonderful location, closest to Place de la Bastille. Clean,allnew, smart and with a good dose of kindness from the staff. Highly recommended!

Lixurious apartment in the very center of Milan with alla amenities a few steps from most interesting areas of town!

Sweett rented to us a property in Paris called BONNE NOUVELLE. They now know that this block and building is infested with drug addicts, most likely because the dealer lives there. The addicts sit on the narrow front steps of the building, day and night, such that it is difficult and dangerous to get into the building. When I asked an addict cooking drugs on the step to leave because my children had called me to say they could not get into the building, this addict punched me. Sweett has no staff and no office in Paris to help - so, you can not call them in a crisis. They texted me to suggest I ring the police; they now know that most foreign cell phones can't make 2-digit calls (police no. in France is 17). At the same time we complained that one of the bathrooms was incorrectly connected to the sewage pipes of the building which filled the apartment with septic smells; and that we were given 1 physical apartment key for 8 adults (4-bedroom flat), which meant we could not separately go out at night. Sweett has NOT removed this property listing, which strongly suggests to me that this is not the only disastrous property in their portfolio. It was a frightening and horrible experience- avoid at all cost.

Wir hatten vom 14. bis 16. August 2026 einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Duplex Loft C-21 während unseres Wochenendurlaubs in Brüssel. Das Loft ist gemütlich, modern und funktional eingerichtet und hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage im Brüsseler EU-Viertel. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und praktisch für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind außerdem die vorhandenen Annehmlichkeiten wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Dadurch war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt.
Insgesamt haben wir uns im Duplex Loft sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt in Brüssel sehr genossen. Für einen Wochenendtrip würden wir die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful suite with very comfortable furniture and bed. AC worked perfectly and very easy to use. Very nice shower had a rain fall mode and a movable shower head. Staff was excellent made the process very easy. Very quite as well. Had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a smart TV, a hob, microwave and fridge (with cool box), and all the plates bowls pots and pans etc which is perfect for self catering. Spacious as well and very convenient location.

First time trip to paris. Was very comforted by the good amount of communication and explanation. The room was nice and well maintained. Centrally located, and the A/Cs worked very well and we were very comfy. We will likely visit again

200 m from Duomo, very friendly and clean, wonterful experience, strongly recommend for a short stay to Milano.

Це прекрасне місце з максимально зручним розрашуванням (5хвилин до метро, 20 хвилин пішки до Лувра, 15 хвилин пішки до національної бібліотеки та опери). Дуже чисто, зручне ліжко, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання.Невеликий вибір страв на сніданку (яйця та панкейки) але голодними ми не були. Щиро рекомендую!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sweet Inn apartment and would happily choose it again.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great choice for a family. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the layout was practical and inviting. We also appreciated how easy it was to access the apartment, which made both check-in and our daily outings very convenient.

Everything was spotless upon arrival, and the apartment was well equipped for a comfortable stay.

A special mention goes to the Sweet Inn team—their service was excellent. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly, were always available, and were genuinely helpful throughout our stay.

Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend Sweet Inn to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Barcelona.
