Order placed & confirmed next day…NO COMMUNICATION OR ORDER !!

Order placed & confirmed next day delivery supposed to be on 22/12, sent messages after messages again with no response, quick enough to take your money, no customer service whatsoever ! 1st & last order I will place.

Order still not received. Sent two emails and got no response. I have ordered before and the sweets were lovely. Very disappointed this time.

It could have been great☹️

Order would have been great everything was there however when my order eventually arrived after being held by dpd for a ridiculous amount of time the 8kg bucket I ordered had been shattered and there were plastic shards all over and the rest of my order covered in loose sweets. Quite disappointed as this was an expensive Christmas present 😔
