Excellent service and product from…
Excellent service and product from Swatcom. However, DPD did not deliver to front door but left parcel next door on a shelf in the back garden. The delivery driver drove up the road to turn round, my wife went outside to wave him down and he just drove past. My neighbor was unaware of the delivery and we did not receive a card to say delivery had been made next door.

The Active 8 earphones are great
The Active 8 earphones are great. Really comfortable and well made. The delivery could be speeded up a bit as it was a week before I was notified the product had been dispatched.
