Misleiding en gebrek aan verantwoordelijkheid

Mijn ervaring met Swapfiets is ronduit teleurstellend en voelt voor mij als klant als misleiding.
Ik heb gehandeld op basis van informatie die mij door Swapfiets is verstrekt. Vervolgens worden er achteraf andere voorwaarden en verantwoordelijkheden aangehaald en word ik geconfronteerd met kosten waar ik het niet mee eens ben.
Wat ik vooral kwalijk vind, is dat Swapfiets zich vervolgens verschuilt achter de algemene voorwaarden en de verantwoordelijkheid bij de klant legt, terwijl de situatie juist is ontstaan doordat er vanuit Swapfiets bepaalde informatie is verstrekt. Ook vind ik het bijzonder dat er betalingen vanaf mijn rekening worden verlangd terwijl ik zelf niet de contracthouder ben.
Daarnaast zijn er fietsen teruggebracht, maar is voor mij nog steeds niet duidelijk waarom er daarna nog kosten en aanvullende diensten in rekening zijn gebracht. Op mijn vragen krijg ik naar mijn mening geen duidelijke en inhoudelijke antwoorden.
Als klant verwacht je eerlijkheid, duidelijkheid en verantwoordelijkheid. In mijn ervaring ontbreekt dat hier volledig. Ik voel mij door de manier waarop deze kwestie wordt afgehandeld niet serieus genomen en misleid.
Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik Swapfiets dan ook absoluut niet aanbevelen. Voor mij voelt deze werkwijze als een bedrijf dat eerst klanten op een bepaalde manier laat handelen en vervolgens de gevolgen daarvan bij de klant neerlegt.

Service issue
The service wasn't as good as I had expected.... When I came in with a tyre that wouldn't pump, and was a little flat when I rode it. I asked for help, but it was made worse... they gave it back entirely flat and told me they couldn't help me. I had to say no, give me another bike, until they found another bike. But the condition of my new bike isn't good. The pedal is a little bent up, and the hand break moves up and down, the tyre is just as flat as my previous bike. A little too many issues for the fact I pay so much money per month...however, they were very busy and I appreciate that they helped me after I prompted them. I just didn't appreciate that they initially made it worse, and sent me off.

Not happy with their service at all
Not happy with their service at all. Old bicycles are slow, I would like a new one, but those all comes with no paddle break. The bicycle I got the last time full of scratches. When I pay more than 700 euros per month, I expect better quality.

Two weeks with Swapfiets and FOUR…
Two weeks with Swapfiets and FOUR ruined polo shirts later, I am absolutely done with this nonsense.
The bike itself is not broken. The problem is the absurd amount of black grease that was apparently applied to it before it was handed over to me.
And what have I done to get covered in grease? Nothing unusual. I remove the battery. I put the battery back in. I use the chain lock. That is literally it.
Those completely normal actions have already resulted in FOUR polo shirts being stained with black grease that does not come out in the wash.
As if that were not ridiculous enough, my partner simply brushed her white €90 bag against the bike and now that is covered in black grease too.
How is this considered acceptable preparation of a CITY BIKE?
I pay a monthly subscription because I need this bicycle to get to work. I did not subscribe to a service where simply using the product as intended means constantly checking whether I have destroyed another piece of clothing.
Four polo shirts and a €90 bag affected in TWO WEEKS.
I am not even asking Swapfiets to reimburse me for those belongings. I am asking for something considerably more basic: GIVE ME A BIKE I CAN ACTUALLY USE WITHOUT COVERING MYSELF AND EVERYTHING AROUND IT IN BLACK GREASE.
Perhaps it would also be worth making sure that whoever prepares these bikes understands the difference between properly lubricating a bicycle and practically bathing the entire thing in grease.
For a company whose entire business consists of renting bicycles that people use every day, this level of care is embarrassing.
I want an actual solution, not a generic apology copied and pasted underneath this review.
